Ok, I'm gonna have to explain it again...
The main issue is already explained properly up there. How is possible that your answer to a unit heating LATE AFTER both feedbacks tell you it's ready, is that its just cooling down because of my draw? In my original message I never say that I draw, you made that up just to tell me my unit is working normally when it isn't.
And then I made the effort (remember english is not my main language) to re-explain everything in a different way thinking that it could be a barrier language and you just answered me to one of the question (not accepting refunds in used units, totally understandable and I didn't even complain about it) and IGNORED all the rest of my message.
And don't get me wrong, I'm HAPPY with the resolution of sending my unit back and the CS is taking care of me properly. I just shared this here to try to find out how "normal" this is, because there is no way that this is an acceptable behaviour in a medical unit...
Even then, sorry if you feel I was rude at some point, wasn't my intention and I would be more than happy to share the messages here, but it's against the rules and we should already stop the off topic.
