I just got lucky... when looking for my first vape I wanted the GH but quickly realized that wasnt gunna happen so kept looking and I like having my options open. Happened to see the Haze at the headshop next to my job and thought it looked pretty cool so b4 making a decision made it my goal to find out what it is and just was sold on it... was pretty close to going with some iffy G-pen type thing and never knowing the Haze
Same. I was going to try and get the pax 2 and then realized the haze is a million times better. Removable battery, dual bowl, both dry herb and oil, convection and conduction. People keep trying to argue that other vapes are "better" but it all boils down to what you're looking for. If you're looking for a truly portable vape that can hold a lot of herb and last a long time if you're out and about, then the haze is for you. Plus you get the 10 year warranty and the amazing customer service, I don't know what else I could ask for.
*edit* I've had the haze v3 for a couple of days now and besides being a genius and taking the plastic off the 18650 battery like you're not supposed to, I have loved it. Great taste, and excellent vapor even at the lower levels. I haven't had a chance to try out any concentrates in it unfortunately.
The battery life is also amazing. I personally was skeptical because of the fact that you can't use the unit while it's charging it would cause problems but for 1 person 1 battery lasts me about 50-60 minutes of actual vape time. Which is a reaaalllly long time. Which for me was enough for 6 bowls (three in the cans with the stainless steel lids, and three with the convection screen.) I like the convection screen just a tiny bit more than the cans, but the cans are so handy and useful that I have nothing bad to say about them. If you're going to be sharing your vape with a lot of people then I highly recommend getting the extra batteries. For me the batteries take about 4 hours to charge once they're fully depleted so you don't want to be sitting there after sharing with a bunch of people and think "crap. I don't feel it very much and my vape is dead..." That is probably the single negative I can come up with. It's biggest selling point could also be a potential weakness (referring to the removable batteries here
). Maybe haze could figure out some sort of pass through charging? But if you have the extra batteries odds are you'll never run out of juice. I'm a bit OCD when it comes to keeping my devics and their batteries charged. The valor quality does slightly degrade in relation to how discharged the battery is, but I expected that.
In terms of portable vapes I have used the Pax (versions 1 and 2), the firefly, the magic flight box, the mighty, the crafty, Vapir no2, puffit, iolite, and this shreds all of them without giving it a second thought. The Vapir no2 was my go to, besides it looking ridiculous I loved the effect it gave me but I can't stress enough how good this thing is. I was saving up for a pax and then a buddy of my roommates came over showing off his haze v2.5 and I fell in love with it immediately. I personally think the haze v3 beats all other portable vaporizers in terms of functionality, ease of use, portability, and effect it produces.
If any of you are skeptical about buying this vape then find a way to try one out yourself. Just try it one time and you'll see what I mean and how I'm not exaggerating in the slightest.
