Discontinued Haze Dual V3

First post here, lurking for some time and I decided to buy a Haze v3 for wife birthday.
I own Pax (original, not Pax2) and a Arizer Extreme Q.

Any directions to where to buy ? I am overseas (South America) and need it delivered by FedEx.
Found some sites, but I want to be sure that I will get a V3 and not 2.5 (wife liked the 2.5 from a friend but he complained a bit about the mouthpiece getting stuck - looks like this problem is solved).

You can PM me if possible, I hope to not be breaking any rule and this comunity is great <3. Thanks a lot.

I'd just like to state that i was previously in the market for a crafty... but the customer service and new updated model from haze have since changed my mind. I'm just waiting for my favorite vendor to get these vapes in stock so i can be part of the family :brow:

Scottg... people like you really are making a difference man!

Just sharing tonight's set-up. Convection screens on 2 gives me tasty visible vapor. I bump it to 3 for final draws and do get some decent clouds.

Here is a hit on 2 before I bumped to 3. AVB is dark but does not smell of combustion.

When I figure out this whole video thing I'll try to post motion pictures.

Just wanted to add a bit on the V3 mouthpiece. While the lip does help with the sticking in the chamber issue, it does not solve it. The mouthpiece still sticks but with the lip on it, it is easier to pull it out. The glass mp seems to stick more than the stainless steel one does and I actually had to use the tweezer tool to pull it out after only 2 sessions. So it looks like the new mouthpiece is a step in the right direction but it is not a cure for the sticking issue just yet. This is not a big deal for me as I use a water tool when Im home and a carrying case when Im not so the mouthpiece is almost always stored out of the unit in my case.

Wanted to add that I was vaping some seriously resinous flower and the mp was very sticky to the touch when I got it out. Once I cleaned it, it was easy to remove from the unit. If youre going to store your mp in your unit you may want to give it a quick iso wipe before storing it after a session.

vatra.com cobra case, variety of colors. I also got the haze case which is great this one is just more pocketable.
I've got the same situation. I have a small case (ironically from a different manufacturer who shall remain nameless) for when I just need the unit and I now use Haze case when I'm out for the weekend or whatever. I never thought I would get away from the Otterbox case I used to use but I really like the organization and space for everything the Haze case provides. It also does a great job of concealing the stank. A lot better job than I thought it would.

@sk1 Pm sent. We gotta make those ladies happy! :)

I received my orchid V3 about three days ago and have been putting it through extensive testing. I cleared the fog for a moment to share my thoughts on it.

First, I love the new MP design. I was having problems with it not wanting to come out after using the vape a few times, but I think I have the solution. When turning the unit on, simply wait about 20-30 seconds for it to warm up, and the MP will glide out easily. Simple and works.

Second, it seems like the temps are either a little hotter, or perhaps more heat efficient. My favorite way of milking the flavor is to start on 2 and after the vapor gets going, turn it down to 1. There is still plenty of visible vapor on that setting, and yum, the taste!

Third, I'm a little disappointed with the SS screens. I find I don't get as much vapor with them, and they seem to impart a bit of a metallic taste to the blend I am vaping. I hope the old silicone lids will still be available.

Fourth, I just need to say how awesome Scott is for shepherding me through the return process with two V2.5 units that both had a faulty upper oven that would spontaneously turn off mid-session. He's sending my Midnight Blue one to me this week, and I haven't had to be without one. That is some excellent customer service :clap::clap:. I can't thank you enough, Scott!

I give the Haze V3 a 4.8/5. It beats both my Ascent and original Pax by far. I have recommended it to several friends who are interested in vaping, and so far, two have been impressed enough to buy it. The fact that it handles concentrates so well is a real selling point.

I've had my V3 now for a little bit and it is everything I expected really... solid feel, looks and feels awesome and really digging the new ss can lid. I can really notice the difference in the taste and airflow, gunna have to get me some concentrates to experience the improved concentrates lid. Like others have said, the mp is much better and helpful tho it can take a second to get out (I blame myself for biting my nails... bad habit) Overall A+ and definitely glad I went and upgraded my V2.5. Nothing to not love about it or the company and people behind it

Seems lots of you all now have the v3. How long do batteries typically last? How many might a heavy user require for a day?
In my opinion, simply get a pair of XL batteries and a backup charger and should be good for any type of user. While you are using one battery, the other ones are in the charger at all times. You will be alive all day.

I've had my V3 for a little bit now, and I'm starting to have a couple of small problems with it. For one, the mouthpiece has become very loose. At first it was so tight it was hard to remove. But now, after some usage, it's so loose it will actually fall out if the unit is warm and I hold it vertically. I guess the little washer that holds it in isn't that sturdy. I'm also having a little trouble with it shutting off prematurely. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying.

I still love the unit, of course, but it does have a few flaws that could still be improved.

PM Sent. Neither of these issues are intended in the design. I sent you some questions to help troubleshoot and we will exchange if need be. :)

Wow, Scott, fast response! You da man!

Customer service and Pay it Forward were the reasons I decided on the Haze over another vape I was considering. The product is wonderful and I am so happy that I not only switched to vaping, but that my first device experience was beyond excellent. The flavor and smoothness of the hits still impress me.
Now...if I could just get my brain to remember when I have started warming it up...oh so many times I set it down to warm and start doing something else. I am tempted to start stuffing it in my bra cup while I wait, as soon as it gets uncomfortable, I will know it is ready. :p
