***Gamers*** What are you playing?

I have got The Last Of Us to play on my PS3 as it is supposed to be good.
I have not used it for quite some time and thought a bit of horror might get me interested, I did like Resident Evil on the PS1.
One of my favorites. The TLOU and uncharted franchises, with slight bias to the latter, are some of the best entertainment I've had.

I played 20 minutes of the newest resident evil on my XBSX. Pretty much all it took for me to trade it in. Was scary as hell. My theater system (5.2.4) made it SUPER creepy.

Dont really wanna play that after a nice session, then shit myself on the couch😂

I was thinking of taking mine camping and playing it on the projector once it got dark just for fun!
Uncharted was great too @Abele Rizieri Ferrari and I remember liking Metal Gear Solid 4 too.
I think I got sick of the PS3 after a couple of Assassin's Creed games in a row.

I just looked at my shelves, and I have over ninety-five PS3 games...Most of which I got at used games stores for less than $20, and many less than $10. I used to go every couple of weeks and pick up one or two games and spend less than $20 most of the time.

I know that used game stores are on their way out because so many new games are not sold on hard-copy. This makes me sad because you can't trade or sell used games when there is no hard copy to sell.

Picked up Witcher 3 on Steam for $10 and think it's fantastic so far. Looks great. Engaging story. The combat is a bit meh compared to Elden Ring, but I'm starting to appreciate it more.

Playing Norco atm (ps4 but its on everything) amazing pixel art point and click adventure. Highly recommended im only a few hours in but loving every min so far

I've heard good things about this one! Specifically it was described as a "Disco Elysium-Like" which is like the highest praise imaginable for someone like me.

NORCO is very, very good. Especially having come from near the area it takes place in. Highly recommended. If you want something Disco Elysium-esque, look into Pentiment. I got it during the Steam sale, but haven't started it yet, but I bought it because of how much I saw it compared to Disco Elysium.

I also just finished Signalis which I liked a whole lot, one of the best game I played last year. I poked around in The Case of the Golden Idol for some old school Monkey Island style fun and I enjoyed the little I've played of it more than I expected to so far.

At home with sinus infection, playing a romhack that's pretty good. It's like crystal but open world, you choose your starting town, and can choose from 20+ different starters. Also gyms can be done in any order and levels will scale.

I'm trying to remember the last thing I was seriously playing since the last couple of weeks my PS4 decided it wanted to just cut out and stop working. so at this point I had pulled out the good ol 360 and fired it up. I'm planning on sitting down and playing some of the halo games again pretty soon here or I may just rebuy borderlands 2 from the xbox store since it's 20 bucks and one of my all time favorites.

It's very good, and the second game is even better IMO. Two of my favorite games of all time.

Finished God of War Ragnarok recently, that was fantastic as well. They pretty much improved on every aspect of the first game.

I'm dying for the new Zelda to finally release (May?) and can we please get a release date for Hollow Knight Silksong?

I guess I'm the only old fossil playing Fallout 76. It amuses me that it is an online game that the players insist on playing like it isn't. I expect it's because so many of us are old single player game fossils. Most people refuse to engage in PvP combat and are more likely to help you and give you things than attack you. Basically it's like running around in Fallout 4, but with other people helping to kill things.

This is the most positive take on this game I've ever read or heard. Maybe I'll give it a shot if it's still on game pass, pretty sure it is.

Let's switch to some "old-school" gaming!

I added a new machine to my pinball collection: GODZILLA. The theme is based on the Japanese "monster" movies of the 1950's and 1960's. All the major monsters of the era are represented in the game (on the playfield as well as during gameplay), including Mothra, Ghidorah the three-headed monster, Mechagodzilla, and of course the big green guy himself, Godzilla! I grew up watching these movies every Saturday afternoon and it's quite a throwback to see and hear all the monsters while trying to destroy Tokyo. And get this, during "Godzilla Multiball" mode, the music of Blue Oyster Cult and their hit "Godzilla" comes blaring over the speakers!

Honestly this makes me kind of interested in it because fallout 3, new Vegas, and 4 we're some of my favorite games with the nod to new Vegas. I played every single dlc to completion along with the original game in one sitting without playing anything else which I never do.

i just started persona 4 golden. first persona game for me ever, though i did play one shin megami tensai on the 3ds which was pretty good a while back (devil survivor i think?). i am guessing i am about 15hrs or so in, and still making up my mind whether i like this game or not, still waiting for it to click. an odd space to be in after so many hrs already. but people really seem to like it, so curiosity is still peaked, could be a very slow start maybe.
