Just an update to my first post.
Dejan has been super helpful and sent me instructions on the buzzing issue I had and adjusted the TCR, very happy with the lower temperature performance now and no further issues on the buzz. And he rightly pointed out there IS a mark on the airflow adjuster, I simply didn’t see it before, it’s quite faint and on the side of the fire button.

I wonder, if you don't mind answering, what's the heater's resistance, and what TCR they had initially and to what value you changed?

It's the Temperature Coefficient of Resistancenice you got that sorted.

lol at least I’m in good company, makes me feel better. I got too excited about pulling the trigger on this. Can’t wait to test it myself.
I think it’s too late for that probably but it’s all good. Live and learn. And if it’s not, that’s a pleasant surprise. Seeing the company Limelight triggered long dormant VAS from my vape days. I had been torn between the TM2 and Solo 3 lately to get back in the DHV game and along comes the frolic. I trusted the company from my vape days and saw the glowing reviews so haphazardly made the jump.
So are you getting the Frolic? The Frolic and the TB2 are the top contenders for my next vape (though the ConVex V2 also sounds interesting), so I'd lov to hear from someone who has both.

One little question : when we say the oven we talk about the part containing the heater , underneath the screen ? The only parts we could scratch by stirring or "unstucking" residue with a stirring tool would be the peek walls of the chamber or the ss screen, is that right ?

Correct, in this device oven would be the chamber itself, below that is the heater, and the heating element... Only in a conduction style device would the chamber oven also be the heater, so in this case I honestly probably wouldn't use the terminology oven at all... Chamber and heater all together actually could be called an oven, like a vape is almost an oven type?? But yeah that is the hard anodized aluminum for the chamber (not peek there, that'd be mouthpiece pathway)

As it also has some conduction as advertised could be an appropriate term. So scraching it clean ( as I tend to do unconsciously with some of my chambers over months given the result) should be avoided

It is a really nice month for vape drops (Alp2) and future vape drops upcoming soon with the TM3 versions...and now we have this gem. I love the way the Frolic looks. Sharp. The Troy 'firsthand' review was good. I am truly excited for Dejan and company...I am getting a tracking number on Tuesday...here we go! I am ready to explore this new toy!!!

True with session mode particularly you seem to get some radiant conduction, I do think the whole thing could be called an oven with a mouthpiece really lol but yes definitely would not recommend scratching it, unless it was with something more delicate, like a wood toothpick perhaps? I don't like using metal tools in metal ovens generally (if all stainless steel I might feel differently)
Not TM3 lol but regardless it is nice to see the positivity for the frolic out the gate and hope for a long-term success... I pre-ordered the AVLP2 because it was so cheap, still a little tempted to jump in on the Frolic now for the maximum discount too, however it is of course three times as much (and honestly I'm not excited to use the other one, could have chosen just this one maybe), but the real issue is I have not been using herbs and I really should if I can get some good quality here again from a new place hopefully not that hard and maybe CBD... If I do and can get myself back into the ritual properly, maybe a great new vape like this would be a good idea for me now then??
Okay my reply to you was going to be about living vicariously on this one, somehow I did the classic FC thing and started talking myself back into it lol could be just a distraction opportunity with a little time pressure on the discount

im kind of getting pissed off about this “company”. I ordered day one, even paid full price, no discount. I have heard NOTHING since. Ghosted as soon as they got my money. I have emailed multiple times, contacted the dude here thru DMs and NOTHING. zero response, zero shipping notice etc. im about to just do a damn chargeback.
This guy wants us to use “friends and family” too, so we have zero recourse. i’m glad i didnt and paid the extra fee. I dont really care about the time it’s taking but the ghosting of an early adopter who put his faith in this project is unacceptable.

Where did he say he wanted us to use that? I did to give him extra in his pocket since he's been active on here but all he did was thank the people thay did for putting their trust in him.
I hope he responds to you but the last week he's been busy and said sorry but he wouldnt get to everyone. He didn't reply about my question on the device turning off if a cable is connected but I haven't said anything because he communicated hes really busy and is trying to get all shipments out next week as well as the last invoices.
I have had difficult customer service experiences as well (look at my TB2 posts... or the AVLP2) but he has been pretty true to what hes said so far and he has clearly stated when hes trying to ship everything by so maybe give him some time. Some in Europe only just started getting theirs beyond some select people of note in the US.
The device seems to be solid from early reviews so I'm happy with the current state of things and hope that you can find your place there too.
