Where did he say he wanted us to use that? I did to give him extra in his pocket since he's been active on here but all he did was thank the people thay did for putting their trust in him.

I hope he responds to you but the last week he's been busy and said sorry but he wouldnt get to everyone. He didn't reply about my question on the device turning off if a cable is connected but I haven't said anything because he communicated hes really busy and is trying to get all shipments out next week as well as the last invoices.

I have had difficult customer service experiences as well (look at my TB2 posts... or the AVLP2) but he has been pretty true to what hes said so far and he has clearly stated when hes trying to ship everything by so maybe give him some time. Some in Europe only just started getting theirs beyond some select people of note in the US.

The device seems to be solid from early reviews so I'm happy with the current state of things and hope that you can find your place there too.

They told me mine should ship Monday, maybe it went to your spam folder 🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah I watched Troy's video last night and it does look very nice and so were the clouds. But with a Tafee Bowle, Tinymight 2, Mighty + , Crafty +, Fury 2, Fury Edge, Rouge 2 , and 2 Legecy Pros. Waiting for the new one, any day now 🙄 plus a couple of Dynavaps, Firefly 2+ and an Iolite. I'm good on portables. Not saying I'm not going to wait and watch this page though. I'm done with this VAS bullshit and getting a ball vape for goodness sake. Either the Natural or Universal. 🌱😎

To be clear I have not gotten mine. He's done a good job communicating PUBLICLY saying they are on track to have shipments out next week. He's been up front and I don't see why if he addresses it for everyone he needs to spend time on every single DM unless you are a special situation? I would get your frustration more if that were the case.

What I've seen so far is good.

im kind of getting pissed off about this “company”. I ordered day one, even paid full price, no discount. I have heard NOTHING since. Ghosted as soon as they got my money. I have emailed multiple times, contacted the dude here thru DMs and NOTHING. zero response, zero shipping notice etc. im about to just do a damn chargeback.

This guy wants us to use “friends and family” too, so we have zero recourse. i’m glad i didnt and paid the extra fee. I dont really care about the time it’s taking but the ghosting of an early adopter who put his faith in this project is unacceptable.

There must be some mistake here. Did you order through FC, FB, or the website? We had 4 payment options, I ordered on FB, chose card payment, got my discount, and had good communications through Maya.

I know Dejan and he is a stand up guy, he wouldn't knowingly do this to you. Please be patient.

I'm no reviewer, but I am loving the frolic. I have had lots of DHV's over the past 10 years or so, and the Frolic surpasses all of them in every aspect. I haven't even touched my Venty since getting the Frolic.

I hope you can get this sorted out quickly. Have you tried tagging him in this thread?

The manual states that the heater is disabled during charging for safety reasons. I would imagine that charging while using it would put too much strain on the battery, as the load current would exceed the charging current.

Please guys, be patient, things are in progress. Dejan explained the situation and the time difference between the UK, US, and EU.
I haven't received my invoice yet (EU), but it will arrive, perhaps sooner if we stop constantly asking the team whether the invoices have been sent. No one will be left out. Can't wait as you all but Let them work.

I submitted the order through the order form Dejan submitted here on 21.7.

Also sent a message to Dejan, no response yet.

That's because i'm in the UK, and we were first to get stock available. Also the FB group were slightly ahead of time in the ordering process. I ordered on 20/7, paid on 21/07 and delivered on 24/07.

Since then sales have opened worldwide and folks in the US have started to receive theirs. Dejan stated there would be a slight delay in processing for the EU.

Then you could go by the timeframe stated on limelight's site and be annoyed about not having received communication.
As you follow along here, you could have read that Dejan stated shortly after you could order that EU will be delayed and that shipping will only start this Thursday, right (?).
Also, I'm assuming you're from the EU, ofc.
All of this makes me feel your frustration is a bit too much and doesn't fit what you could have known about the process and situation.

As you follow along here, you could have read that Dejan stated shortly after you could order that EU will be delayed and that shipping will only start this Thursday, right (?).

I guess all EU preorders through the preorder form for FC members will receive their invoices by the end of the weekend as stated by Dejan here, that is by the end of today.
