My Superbowl Sunday treat and to celebrate getting out of the hospital yesterday is tandoori chicken pizza from Red Swan Pizza.

*Japanese Style “Calabacitas”: Squash made w/ fresh ginger, garlic, Japanese Mountain Carrot (Gobo) bok choy, hot peppers… etc-

I made some pretty good stir-fry w/chicken recently. This went great over rice.
All fresh meats, veggies, and seasonings from scratch.

And this was the last time I made Pad Thai Chicken a few weeks ago:

With enough time at home alone because of COVID, I taught myself to make bread this year. This was the last couple of loaves I made. I was kinda proud of the way these turned out:

Made a pizza from scratch recently.
It was the first time I'd made my own pizza dough by hand.

Started with this:

Ended up with this:

It was delicious!

Someone gave me a pizza-stone more recently than when these pics were taken.
I'm looking forward to trying baking my next pizza on that instead of the pan you see in the above pic.

Decided to cook tonight. I've never had Ratatouille, so I decided to take a shot at making it.

This'll make ya drool. I grilled chicken breast coated in olive oil and a lemon pepper dry rub, and put that (with a drizzle of sweet and spicy bbq glaze) over buttered rice. With a mix of freshly steamed broccoli, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and onion on the side. It turned out really well after melting some butter over those veggies!

Home fry’s with onions, French green beans fried in butter and breadcrumbs and cucumbers in balsamic vinegar and olive oil. All from our garden! Is it a vegetarian dinner……… I guess? But with so much butter and oil I think I gained a pound or two…… noice

Ooh.. my kinda discussion. Love food... I have been working hard on my pizzas and burgers recently... the dough / bread is home made, for both but two very different recipes! The pizza tomato base is the sauce for the burger, same simple recipe.





I love making food that gives intense pleasure... many more photos t come if folk are interested.

It's Friday, I made fish for lunch...
...just for the Halibut!

Halibut in a spicy/sweet cream glaze, Vegetable Fried Rice and Spinach
