EU alternatives to Vapefiend

Just ordered from them last week and can confirm this is a proper business that ships really fast. They have a great selection of items that are usually not seen in Europe.

I have no idea why their page shows up so much lower in the search results than La central vapeur, if only I had known about them before I would have saved some headaches.

I also don't understand why people recommend La central vapeur, including some YouTube channels promoting them. In my experience they are to be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

My first two orders that were relatively eventless took them over a week and some emails to send.

Now I am stuck for two months emailing back and forth, had to call them twice, after weeks got refunded the wrong amount, all for an item that was out of stock and I was never informed. I know that they just moved warehouses but it doesn't really serve as an excuse for how chaotic the whole thing was.

Than you are lucky, the few times I ordered from Dr. there was always something and I had to call them, at the end it was always resolved, but they are not much better than La.

La Central Vapeur have really lost the plot it seems.. I ordered a Convector XL on Black Friday and, after tons of excuses and poor communication, my package arrived today. I opened it only to find that they have sent me a Convector Ti. Lol! And my order before that was a mess too, I had ordered an Anvil XL mouthpiece only to receive an XL bowl..

I'd like to say that I'm not ordering from them again but sadly the choices in the EU are very limited. It's sad, but the truth is that us EU folk are dependent on sites that offer sub par service

they are really bad and will always try to blame it on the customer

the truth is if people keep giving them money when they offer a shit service, there is no reason they will ever stop, I understand that choices in the EU are limited but I'd rather pay a little more and get what I actually ordered

Ordered convector xl from Vaporizerhut.uk, they shipped it two days later. All good. Also used recommended vape supplies a lot. Great shop. Both in UK I think. Also ordered from verdamper something and Vape wellness before, both good.

I try to avoid ordering from the UK as my country has substantial import duties.

I think I’ll stick with Verdamper and Vapefully in the future as I’ve only had good experiences with them.

I must be very lucky... I have ordered from LCV tons of times and never had one single issue. A couple of times one item from the order was not in stock and they contacted me (same or next day of the order) to ask if I wanted to cancel the order or just get refunded for the item not in stock.
And I always got good communication with them. BTW, I order from Spain
