EU alternatives to Vapefiend

La centrale vapeur has just changed the pricing of almost all of their items, increasing the final price by 20%... they have removed the discounts they had in a regular way and have marked them with the official price.
There are so few stores in Europe and no competition... that for those of us on a budget this is a problem... It's ok, so I save money, and I'll settle for my Vapcap M that serves me well.

My Herborizer (good vape, bad quality) broke and I never got a single response from LCV, sending 5 mails at least.

Made some orders at VapeFully, can only recommend. Fair prices, fast shipping and great customer service.

I ordered from them once. Had a really poor experience. Basically the order was short of one item (which was the entire reason for me ordering) and they kinda refused to accept this. They also refused responsibility as a seller and shipper when dealing with the logistics partner and it was just lame from start to finish. I was not impressed. It’s fine when everything works but it is when things go wrong that you really see what a shop is made of. Fair things can go wrong but then you put on your big boy pants and fix the problem for your customer.

Sorry to hear that, I only had good experience with this shop... I understand your deception

I'd like to report my recent experience with phytohightech which is the same company as vaporisateur.net (now "la vaporisterie". The company : SARL revolutionet.

I ordered a glass stem from phytohightech (PHT) the 28 of march. Paid the same day by bank transfer. (IBAN was on the online confirmation).

I never received any confirmation email nor invoice.

The 3 of April with still any new, I call Nicolas the manager at Revolutionet. He is able to trace my payment and tell me that the item I ordered wasn't in stock although I was able to check out. And that I didn't get any email because the website is still under construction.

After a few calls I understand that they don't have the glass to produce the stem I ordered. They are switching to Schott glass and are waiting for it. And it could take a few weeks. I'm fine with it.

A few months forward, I'm asking for an update the 12 of June. My stem is still not produced although they have cleared their pending orders.

A few back and forth and the stem has been produced. And sent the 21 to my address. I'm asking for the tracking number the 21 at 17h. I get a response at 17h35 with a tracking number for a label that have been created the same day at 17h30.

As of today the parcel hasn't been sent. The tracking number shows the same status : waiting for the parcel to be collected.

I've tried to reach back to Nicolas several times and I'm now being ghosted. Literally. Like the phone rings once or just a few times and hangs up. Every time.

my first order with them has been fine but now I feel I'm being scammed.

Hi Radwin,
I can totally relate to your story. I hope it will work out for you. When I made an order at vaporisateur.net last year a lot went wrong, too. For many weeks it felt like it was a scam. I really don't want to search my memory in detail, because it felt really bad and I don't want this anger to come up again.
After a long back and forth, I just gave up. In the end I got around 80 % of the stuff I've ordered (and payed for) and just couldn't take it anymore to deal with it any longer. However, I'm very sure that this company/Nicolas is not a scammer. I think he's legit and well meaning but the whole organisational structure of this company seems like it's run by a 15-year old stoner. I'm not that angry about the fact that I've paid too much money (as I didn't receive all items) because some things like a J-Hook that I've bought there were much cheaper than anywhere else. But I would not order there again.

But again, it's not a scam IMHO. And until now I was reluctant to share my bad experience with vaporisateur.net, as I hoped they will get their shit together eventually.

FR shops:

I had bad experience with lacentralevapeur (and I speak perfect french), my first order from them I ordered a dynavap rosium, a lighter and spiked stem (that came with rosium package I belive), I received my order with missing rosium (only lighter and spiked stem) I called them immediately to explain, I instantly felt that the guy at the other end (I think he is the "boss" of LCV) didn't believe me, he said he would have to look at the "video tapes" but that he really doubt that one of his guy could have forgotten to put it. When I said "go ahead and look" there was a pause, as if he thought that simply mentioning looking at video tapes would make me say "nevermind" or something (I'm pretty sure they have no video tapes by the way because I've never heard about it again after that...). I had to send a message from their website because he wouldn't take my calls anymore after that when I tried to call to get an update. After some back and forth by email they sent me another package with a normal dynavap M, not rosium, when I told them about it they offered a refund for the difference (was only a few euros because the rosium was on discount which is why I picked it in the first place).

Every step of the way I felt like I was the asshole basically, so yeah they have low prices and they ship fast, but you better not have an issue with your order I tell you. I also noticed that every time there is a rumor or anything about a new vape, they instantly put the product online with a bogus price, it feels like shitty money grabbing practices to me.

jahvaporizer is lacentralevapeur with a reskin, they are the same shop (and I believe there is a third one but I don't remember the name)

I had good experience with vaporisateur.net but only ordered once, I ordered a woodscents (someone else ordered one but changed their mind in the last minute so it was available already), I talked to the "boss" once again, the guy was nice and provided useful info.

docteur vaporisateur I had good experience too, I haven't talked much to their customer service because I never had any issue with them, always fast and well prepared, last time I forgot to add a few basket screens to my order and sent them a message, and they added a few for free

DE shops:

good experience with verdampftnochmal only ordered a few times, they have a lot of stuff and interesting glass

good experience with dabbing.de, ordered moodmats and a few dabbing accessories from them

other EU shop:

magicvaporizers (Sweden) I got a herb ripper from them, their prices are a bit high but the shipping was fast and they sent from EU, they are quick to reply to emails

vapefully (Poland) ordered only a few times, they were fast to ship and have good products and prices

buyvapo.eu / vapuj.pl (Poland) lowest prices I've seen, I ordered a dynavap M and an induction heater from them, shipping can be a bit slow but great experience overall

UK shops:

vapefiend great experience, a sent them emails a few times about restocks and new items, they were fast to answer (UK you might get import fees but I heard they have a warehouse in EU now?)

recommendedvapesupplies, good shop, also fast to reply, they stopped sending to EU for a while with brexit but now they are shipping again, like vapefiend they are from UK so you might get extra import fees

So I've contacted them via email while I was only talking by phone before and Nicolas was very prompt to answer.

He says that the parcel courier (La poste) has some issue with scanning the parcels and that they are mostly scanned when they are at the delivery center.

He also told me that they produced one stem without carb hole for me (that was something I asked when ordering). So I feel bad refusing a custom made product. He should keep me updated now... and I'll let you know.

My first order with them (last year I believe) have been flawless so I hope this one will sort out.

I ordered custom Aromed chambers they make and it was similar. They did get them to me, but it felt like they had to be reminded to have them done, etc. In any case Nicolas was great and the pieces eventually came and were great, but yes, there was definitely a teenage-stoner-efficiency to the whole thing.

I’ve made a few orders back in the days and it was always mediocre experience at best. While ordering Bowle OG they’ve even sent me a demo unit with herb crumbs init at full price because it was their last one in stock.. They made it right in the end but I was done with them that day.

magicvaporizers and recommendedvapesupplies are the thow shops I use and had great experience with both. I stay in the UK. I bought my Might+ and Volcanoe from Amazon, also bought a load more vapes from Amazon and sent them back with no hassle.

Follow-up of this story.
Two weeks after Nicolas told me the parcel had been sent, still nothing in the mail box. The tracking still says the parcel hadn't been collected yet.

I've sent an email today asking for a refund but I expect it to be a long process.

I don't know what's going on at Vaporisateur.net / la vaporisterie / phytohightech but at this point I don't recommend anyone to place an order on any webshop affiliated with Revolutionet.

i checked lacentralevapeur a couple of days ago and they were taking pre-orders for the Tempest for something like €205 when the retail price is €249.

i checked again yesterday and they had updated the price to €249. Maybe a mistake but i will stick with verdampftnochmal....who are not offering pre-orders.

Following up again.

After 3 refund claims (weeks apart form each others), still nothing... and they keep acting like they are going to refund me but my data have been lost in some pipe...

Ordered in march, asked them multiple times to honor the order, first refund claim in the first week of July...
and absolutely nothing has moved to this day...

It looks like a big scam and I'm starting to get a little mad about it.

PSA : avoid any business related to sarl revolutionet / vaporisateur.net / la vaporisterie / phytohightech

I don't know what their deal is. I've always gotten what I've ordered from them but, boy, the slow boat from China woulda been there and back again. And it did take some patient hand-holding to coax them through it. It's a shame because they have had great stuff I couldn't find elsewhere but that would be the only reason I'd run that gauntlet again. Took almost a year to get a couple Aromed custom chambers they advertised as in stock.

Last update about all of this.

They've finally made the refund ! It took three emails and three calls in four days to get their head out off their ass. :bang:

I'm sticking with the general consensus here. You'll eventually get your stuff from them (or a refund) but it will take a lot of time and effort. I'm done with them.

I can vouch for https://www.docteur-vaporisateur.com/

Just ordered from them last week and can confirm this is a proper business that ships really fast. They have a great selection of items that are usually not seen in Europe.

I have no idea why their page shows up so much lower in the search results than La central vapeur, if only I had known about them before I would have saved some headaches.

I also don't understand why people recommend La central vapeur, including some YouTube channels promoting them. In my experience they are to be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

My first two orders that were relatively eventless took them over a week and some emails to send.

Now I am stuck for two months emailing back and forth, had to call them twice, after weeks got refunded the wrong amount, all for an item that was out of stock and I was never informed. I know that they just moved warehouses but it doesn't really serve as an excuse for how chaotic the whole thing was.
