I love my NANO.@ataxian me too. Actually i got three of Andys little wonders. By the way ataxian I ordered 11 new Gongs as I have broken more than 10 Glas pieces sind my first nano like 6 months ago. XD But whom am I tellIng thatyou Sir are the Master of broken Glas
One is all I need!
Glass I order 10 pieces at a time to allow for breakage!
GonG's add up as well.
Break Glass however unbreakable adapters would be better for some?

Andy certainly stand behind his products. Customer service has always been great for me.
If you bought your nano before Oct 31st 2015 then you have a lifetime warranty on all parts. After that date, I believe there is a 3 yr warranty on the nano now. But I think he warranties the heater portion for longer. Maybe someone can chime in on this.

It's one of the easiest vaporizer to use!
I am super careful not to break GonG's.
My WonG is durable but it barely holds any cannabis?
It's my fault for not getting it long enough.
The glass ones are working fine for now!

You have more vaporizers than most?
I use a NANO because it works well with water path.
The Expensive vaporizer's have lame attachments.
The Low budget units are like HASBRO TOY'S.

I guess I really don't know what my warranty coverage is. I assumed it was 3 years since that's what is currently advertised. I bought my original a long time ago so not really sure. I'm confident Andy will take care of any problems other than maybe pure neglect but not sure how you can really mess one of these up.

You would go to the product registration tab under FAQ at epicvape.com normally. I don't know what happens if you didn't register back when you bought it. Maybe you could contact Andy with a copy of your invoice?
It's been 2 years so far with my nano and nothing's ever broke on it yet. Knock on wood.

I love that the Nano is always ready for action in the morning - Delicious blue vapor of some Silver Pearl(Early Pearl x Skunk #1 x NL5) @ 6.1 through the Mobius Ion. This vape is my go to for water filtration. I have also fallen back in love with hitting it native, as it doesn't seem so hot and dry anymore since I got my Grasshopper

This thing is truly fantastic. Every time I use it is like a miracle out of the Old Testament---the same amount of herb I used two weeks ago will now get me 8 times as high! 5.8 for exquisite flavor (maybe even lower... I haven't tried ~5.5 yet) and a pleasant buzz, perfect for taking a walk. Spring has FINALLY arrived here outside Chicago and the beauty of my neighborhood is something to behold. Trees in the most beautiful spring greens, red blossoms on some, flowers, so much to take in. My dog sure loves the extra time outside, too. 6.0 or 6.25 for your second or third bowl that will get you nice and relaxed. Great vapor out of nice hits. Directions say sipping on tea but I usually vary between that and more like drinking from a straw. Trying to work with the 2-hit method but I usually end up doing 3-4 hits per load (dry). If I do a 4th it is usually not very good. Pretty excited to be saving up all this ABV as well as the goodness that is building up on my adjustable stem.
Also broke my first stem the other day. Thankfully, it was my backup fixed that comes with the unit. I had misplaced my adjustable on my messy workbench. Decided to pull out my backup and get to business rather than look for the main one. Fresh bowl packed in the fixed and I drop it on the garage floor. Thankfully the load for this is so small it wasn't a loss at all. I eventually found the adjustable, moral of the story is have a backup and keep your frickin workbench clean.
6.5-7 is very comfortable, good for the evening and getting baked. If you had told me I could get baked off of small amounts of herb in a vape before I got the e-nano I would have called you crazy. Now I believe. 7.25 is the highest I've gone, the log was on all day and I turned it up for my third bowl of the night. Probably one of the biggest rips I've ever taken; I coughed my way to Saturn.
I would love to have a similar vape to the e-nano in a portable form. Maybe the Firefly 2? Probably can't afford to pick up that after buying this one but it does seem pretty nice...
@ataxian I would love for your vision to come true. Prohibition is alive and well here, and our medical laws are very strict and costly. I long to have the selection that some of you do. Hopefully I will spend a few weeks in WA with relatives and traveling this August and I would love to bring the e-nano along. I get pretty good herb but the idea of having amazing choice is so enticing... having access to dozens-hundreds of strains as opposed to a handful. I'm ranting... took the dog on a late night stroll through the municipal golf course after a nice session earlier, hit another a half hour ago and decided to post that update I had been thinking about.

I wouldn't sweat getting down to 2 hits on the 2-hit method. Works great with 3 or 4, too. IMO important part is small load, close to heat, with a lower heat than would be needed if further away. Other ways work and can be better in some situations, but this remains my favorite way to nano after a couple years and counting.
Check out the Milaana for the closest I've found to a nano without a cord. It's no nano, but pretty amazing in its own right. Kind of in flux right now (think orders from manufacturer end in a couple days, and online retail is just about started), but worth checking out when you're ready.

I get wanting lung busting hits of vapor... but you have to hold that way longer than you would smoke to get all the THC.

I hate rules but probably more if you want it all. When I'm taking big hits like that and I want to make sure I'm absorbing as much as possible, I'll hold it for awhile, and then sort of start hyperventilating, where I exhale a bit and replace that with air and repeat.

I would also suggest checking out the Milaana as a portable option.....it won't replace my nano as my favorite vape,but it's a close 2nd.....
