This x 1000%! EpicVape should quote this on their site. @UnevenPizza thanks for saying this so succinctly, could not put it better! My experience as well. Even for a ridiculous little accessories order, I got a handwritten note & follow up email, I believe.

That's one of the biggest upsides of owning a Nano, it is a handcrafted piece of functional art made by a fellow enthusiast. He's been around, doing his thing for a long time and really hasn't tried to get rich while doing it. EpicVape hasn't raised prices on their pieces by much over those years either, and they have a long history of taking care of FCers. AND the e-Nano has the @ataxian CIVILIZED Stamp of Approval.

Thanks guys. Relieved to hear that Epicvape has great customer support. I don't know anything about the company and the people behind it. I've read lots of good things about the E-Nano though so I ordered one.

On the website there's this FAQ entry:

@vapenerd Now we're in territory where I can help! Yeah man, what you linked is overkill for the Nano's needs. That's a big step-down transformer. The Nano is efficient, both in how it uses your material and its electrical requirements. I'm in England (220-240V) & use my nano every day. All you need is a 40-50w step-down voltage converter, a simple wall wart. You'll find many on ebay, 50-100w for less than $10; you may have other sources. Seems like we had this question just the other day, it shouldn't be too many pages. Have a look, you may want to verify my "facts" as it's late for me and I'm well-medicated...

EDIT: Yep, 2 pages back you'll find the answer...again. This thread is big, so big I think new nano lovers find it daunting. There's a search field in upper right, it can be very useful because 98.5% of the time another member has already asked and received answers to your very question. Trust me, another benefit of ownership is the vast knowledge base that is this thread. When you can, if time allows- just skim through it at your convenience. By the time I sat down to use my Nano the first time, I felt like an "old-timer" thanks to this thread. Plus there's some funny stuff in here!

I have some Gorilla Glue flowers and some Gorilla Glue shatter sandwiched in between. For some before bed vaporizing. The Enano is so versatile and easy to use. No worries about gunking anything up with too much residue. The heater core does a good job of burning any residue off. The screens clean up easy enough.

I had a couple steroid shots to each knee yesterday and only slept maybe three hours last night. I'm not sure if tonight will be any better?

One more work day then the weekend. Nano on.....

I wouldn't say mine is tiny, but it's pretty small, but yes it does humm/buzz.

Is yours old? Or do you have it on a high temp for a long time?

I noticed that it's a bit quieter if I leave it on 2-3 and only crank it up to 5.5 - 6.5 when I need it (needs a few minutes to get there), and then turn it back down.
If I leave it on too high the Converter gets loud after a few hours (not really loud, but if I turn everything else off, like tv or music, you definitely hear it buzzing. Also, the Nano gets too hot to be comfortable if I leave it on so high for too long.

Haven't used the nano in a few days now though, because I started enjoying my Solo again for lighter daytime activities. But tonight it's nano-time again

I recently picked up one of those little glass globes that fits over a quartz atty with a little 510 threaded battery. I wanted to see some thick cloud under glass and hit the little pen for fun.
I smeared some CO2 Cheese oil on the coil and away we go. A quick burst of smoke, vapor or something and I had my hits. It got my flyin' quick but it tasted like burnt oil I forgot that would definitely be combustion. And the oily soot on the globe reminded me of that.

That same amount of oil on some organic cotton in the nano tastes so much better, and the experience is slower and more enjoyable. The globe pen might be helpful when I need to hit it fast , like at the beach or something.

A clean stem will make your flowers taste oh soooo much better. Some Plushberry in the Enano, it taste fantastic. I use a dry stem with my unit most of the time. Before bed sometimes I do use concentrates but I sandwich them between a bed of flowers.

The Nano really is such an incredible vape and there are few weeks that go by before memories flood back to me in undulating currents difficult to forget. My original Nancy is still happy and that's all that matters.

I know everyone is different, however my wife who is very coordinated set a screen on my GonG kine of deep?

FLAVOR + GSC + NANO + WATER PATH = VERY CIVILIZED (people are missing out!)

OK you consume more CANNABIS however it's so amazing! (depend's on geographical location)
My wife has never had CANNABIS, however she buy's me what I need.
So SAD my grow room will be torn down. (outdoor grow if my wife let's me?)

So fellow Nano-lovers, I haven't had any news or drama to share that's worth anything. Maybe this doesn't qualify in your eyes either. In my world, the following contains the sort of human drama that unfolds when a hero is forced to dig deep, relying on no-one and nothing but his own skill to conquer whatever the forces of nature throws at him.

Backstory: A poor little Nano, twice put up in the classifieds, finds a home in which to grow old. Nano has always had a little rattle, like a small muffled bell, which is apparently common in older models. The other day, it took a fall from a tallboy dresser, entirely my fault. I turned it on first thing yesterday and when I came back with my coffee, it was cold. Picking it up to examine, I noticed the blue light was flickering. Began with inspection of wallwart and cord, both appeared fine. I could make it flicker when moving it but it also had a mind of it's own, completely random. So I pulled out my M to think about it and well, I forgot.

Performing the following would surely void your warranty and is not encouraged in any way.​

I'm not an engineer but having no warranty and living so far from EpicVape factored into my decision. This morning, I carefully removed the cork discs on either side of printed bit, revealing two screws. Out they came and I thought I saw the fault straight away. Two wires had become untwisted and one had pulled free of its little connector. Twisty, twisty and simply shove it into the connector and reconnect to the appropriate post. Tested it, et voila - the Nano gods smiled on me! Slapped the plate back on, put the cork back and celebrated! So glad we won't be apart!

BTW I need to ask about this. The cannabis I have currently is interesting:a brighter green, covered in tiny trichs. Very tasty and when fully vaped, avb only goes to an orangey-tan. Obviously I can make it darker but there's no point. It's potent but a very clear high, gotta be a sativa dominant hybrid which is a welcome change from the indica-heavy I'm used to. Oh and it creates lots of dark golden condensate on the stem. Once a week, I heat the stem and harvest the stuff, it lays in drifts and it clumps together into dark brown dare-I-say hashy looking stuff. I'm collecting it in a small container and my plans is to mix in kief to sort of coat it. I vape the bits of cotton used to collect it and just the bits on that are tasty & potent as well. I've seen @CarolKing stems that look like oil/honey, last stuff I had produced similar but this is nothing like that. Under a simple magnifying glass, it appears almost furry or like the magnetic shavings in those child's toys where using a magnetic wand you moved the shavings to give a man different hairstyles & beards. Has anyone witnessed such condensate before or is this some kinda alien weed? Give me your . TIA

EDIT: oh yeah, and the rattle is seemingly gone although I tightened nothing! It's bound to come back.

Let me tell a story when I was Young however legal age. (now it's legal where I live)
In HAWAII before it was a thing.

Growing CANNABIS was easy and took not effort of HOMO SAPIEN'S to grow it.
Taking Maui Wowie and AFGHANI we surf bum's took no effort.

In the hot HAWAIIAN SUN with the trade wind's blowing strong watching 1 meter COLAS dripping with a Honey like substance our mouth's became drool factories.

We knew they were ready not by knowledge but by feel!

The first harvest was only 2 acres on 5 acres of beach property.
That was all we could afford. (cheaper back then)

Surfing all day 30 foot waves with smiles on our faces!
Returning home to harvest our crop full of COLAS with no seeds.
We gave it no name. Now having wrote that we did take a nugget off the Cola (MONKEY TAIL)
and violently took down our crop.

The rest is history!
Too bad we only had ZIZ ZAG'S (pre BonG daz's)

You can move your screen deeper and use the same as you normally use?
The NANO + small + simple = MEDICATED CIVILIZED HOMO SAPIEN
A COLA of GSC is not bad really! Mostly SATIVA I need a GonG of GRAPE APE
