I like a small gap. You just don't want your herb charred. If you are getting the flavor you want then you're doing fine. Definitely try adjusting the screen for maximum performance.

I am taking back my Thank You to epicvape. They printed out a shipping label but did not drop off the package until after five pacific time..I paid extra for overnight shipping expecting it to arrive today before leaving town for a few days.Now the USPS does not want to honor the refund guaranty. What a disappointing situation and experience considering I could have gotten any vape I wanted.

I understand that it sucks to not get what you thought you were paying for, and I agree businesses that can't ship same day probably shouldn't offer an overnight shipping option. That being said, you've learned an important lesson about considering for yourself before purchasing overnight shipping: "wait, can this shop reasonably be expected to ship same day?". EpicVape is a tiny operation, I would not have made that assumption.
Just hang in there though, because the e-nano is a great vape and I think you're going to enjoy it when you do get some time with it.

I am sure I will enjoy the Enano when I get it. The Postmaster here in my town just said what I posted. I also understand life so this is not a big deal in the bigger picture.I am only disappointed because I wanted it so much to use and enjoy. The bottom line tho is when a customer purchases overnight shipping they should receive it on time or an email or phone call letting them know that there was a delay. Merry Christmas everybody.

@bigsunfish , it sucks that you won't have your vaporizer in time. I understand wanting it before you leave town, that's exactly the reason why I ordered mine early last week. But if you look on the epicvape.com website, it states that standard processing time for orders (before shipping) is 2-3 days, and now it's 3-4 days because of the holidays. So your order was actually processed faster than would be expected!
I'm only saying this because I don't want you to be disappointed in EpicVape. You are going to love your E-Nano when it arrives, and although you could've gotten any vape you wanted, none of those other vaporizers are an E-Nano

Um, there is one day in which it can arrive before Christmas and the USPS probably already has a backlog for deliveries tomorrow. I don't think you're making it.Ordered a week ago so hopefully ships out today so praying it makes it in time before Christmas.

Maaaaybe if you paid for overnight shipping. But I think you'd be lucky to see three day priority inside of a week this time of year. Even if the shipment is local, it still has to get sorted to your mailman, and my hunch is their sorting probably backs up during the holiday season.

Yea i did priority shipping on thursday afternoon but didnt arrive til monday am so i can see the frustration. But they did put an exclaimer saying it might take longer than expected. But none the less sorry bud

I overreacted because my impatience got the better of me. I looked at other vaporizers and the Enano fits my needs the best.

Sorry about your dissapointment. I drive 10 miles almost everyday to the USPS Express business mail office which is open until 7:00pm pst. This office is for Express mail and Priority mail only and is open under the assumption that all express and priority mail will go out that night. We've had many problems with USPS (including an E-Nano that was supposed to be delivered here in California but took the scenic route to the east coast first!) but this is the first time I've heard of this. UPS suspends it's one day delivery guarantee during the holidays and I suspect FED-EX and USPS have a similar policy, but I could be wrong. I do have a policy that if a customer pays for express shipping and the package is delayed because of a fault on our end, the postage is refunded.
