Kinda. There's a bulge in the middle where the ID is less wide, which keeps the screen in place. It's still possible to flip a screen, but its functionally the same as my first GonG and the screen mostly seems to stay in place.Nope. Waiting on that and my replacement GonG. I mean, my WonG is fine and all, but... it's not GLASS, you know?
So your new GonG has pinches?
Both types? So, when I go to the website and try to buy a couple of GonGs (one in each size, since I have no idea which one will eventually be the "right" one), I get the message that they are out of stock.
Well, no real rush anyway. Still waiting on the dragon.

Are the correct screens .375?
anyone have a good link for 3/8" SS screens that ships to Canada?
I've sent messages to both. Strange though, I've never had an issue buying pipe screens online before...Maybe UD Dave could hook you up with a bulk order? Or maybe Andy should start selling them as accessories?
I was hoping for the glass with little holes type, rather than the screen type.Andy told me he was waiting on some replacement 14mm GonGs last week, the SS screen kind. I was hoping he'd have them back in by now...
What's "the dragon" ?
The Dragon is the design that Andy is engraving on my Nano... in Walnut. Last Friday he let me know that he was starting work on it.
Yes, when it arrives, there will be photos. Heck, if Andy could take a really great photo of it before shipping, it would probably look better than my photos! I would have no problem having that posted here.
I did post a photo that the design is from.Have you posted the design already? I may have missed it.

I think it was an improperly dried batch of walnut that had the problem. Try a cherry.Andy, do you recommend any particular variety of wood over another to avoid cracks in the future? Also, is there some kind of wax or something I should be treating my Nano with to avoid this in the future?
Instead of screens cant u buy just ss mesh sheets. Cut to shape

I can tell the story here.
This is a dragon that my husband designed, which he then carefully rendered from plywood. It used to adorn the peak of our house. It has a 42" wingspan. Currently, it is residing inside the house, as we are planning to move, and we took it down to repaint our house.
The back of the dragon has been inscribed with various protective and blessing words/symbols.
My husband reduced it down to a line drawing for the Nano.
I wouldn't be. My walnut hasn't developed any cracking, and I've been working the Nano pretty hard. There's nearly a dozen little dents/dings in the wood, but nothing more serious.I have walnut, should I be concerned?
