I'm a mflb user and I'm looking to buy an enano for the weed efficiency. I will probably use it dry but I may buy later on a J-hook so I can vape with the nano upside down. If my glass stem breaks I may also buy a stem locally too if possible (do you think it's possible?).
I'm wondering if I should choose a 14mm Adjustable GonG or a 18/19mm Adjustable GonG?
I really don't know the pros and cons of any of those sizes? Are the 18/19mm glass ware more popular, so I would have more options? I presume the bowl size on the side of the heating element is of the same size. I also presume adapters exist to switch from one size to the other (18 to 14mm and vice versa). I'm leaning toward the 18mm one.
Not sure if you ever got cleared up on this one... The GonG adapter from epicvape (or Joda Glass) goes nano to one end, GonG on other. The stem (dry use) connects right to the nano and you hit from other end. So, don't use together.
I'd also suggest going with the 18mm over the 14mm, unless you already have (or are looking at) glass pieces with 14mm female. Downside is that adapters for 18mm female (to connect to nano 18mm) with 14mm male (to your 14mm female rig) are not as common and kind of cumbersome compared to others. But, most glass pieces are 18mm female with 14mm male becoming more popular. If you have to use a female to female adapter (for any male joint piece with male nano GonG adapter), the 14mm female - 18mm female connector is not as rare and basically the same as a 18mm>18mm FF with a smaller opening on one end.
I'm trying to price out this vape so I can budget for it.
Those of you with experience with the e nano.... For stems and gongs did you get the fixed screen or the adjustable screen?
Go adjustable!! Easier to work with, and adjustability is a big bonus with nano use. Glass screen not too bad if you don't grind, but if you grind you'll probably end up putting an ss screen in there over the glass. Also, think the set depth of glass screen is still a good bit deeper than many use with adjustable. Hard to really get this until you start nano-ing. IMO the coolest thing about the glass screen is having a glass screen in there, but not anywhere near the functionality or options of the adjustable. Adjustabale is much easier to clean, too.
