Sorry but I tried my hardest to give EpicVape the benefit of the doubt, but this will be the absolute last time I will be recommending the Nano to close friends and also will be the last time I am ordering from them.

I just can't believe this whole situation has not been solved yet, one of my worst experiences yet with a company. I love the attitude of Andy and Nadia but the matter of the fact is they can't handle the work load that is being put upon them.

I know you all love and support them, but if they want to succeed I don't see how they can keep running this company on just a two man/woman operation. In order for there to be change I need to voice my concerns about the huge issues I am facing with their whole operation. There is always bad in the good, so I guess I just got the absolute worst end of the stick here considering my three orders so far with EpicVape have ended horribly.

Many of you already know my situation but I feel its necessary to provide updates on here for other users to take into account. I can't help but say that my view of the nano has been slowly dying and making me regret my purchase more and more by the day. I bought a nano due to all of your great recommendations but I could never have expected for this giant mess to occur.


Again, love the idea and the vape but its just becoming too much work and stress, all I wanted was my glass GonG.

To be completely honest I know I should just chill but I have been trying to chill for nearly a month now, it gets harder to just relax every day knowing that I threw down my savings for this vaporizer and accessories and still don't have what I ordered. So yea once I get my Glass GonG I will chill, but until then I just want what I ordered two weeks ago.

Most people would have been much more vocal and a lot more frustrated by now, if I were to just chill and be happy with the results, their business would fail. If problems are not brought up then they can't fix their weak points.

Just put yourself in my shoes, you honestly won't understand the situation fully unless you were to be me but just try to think of my experience so far. Again, this all has happened within my first month of buying their device, so the first impression they are giving is sub par as of right now.

Thank you, this is the type of response I prefer. Not everyone experiences everything the same, this thread is meant for discussion around the vaporizer and shit happens. Now I hope people don't think this is supposed to change their mind about purchasing the vaporizer or love their nano any less; I just want to post how my experience has been with the company.

You need to be patient with epicvape. They have frequent problems with their ecommerce but they will not let you down. This is just the way things are at times but you will be taken care of.

I went through the exact same thing (my order was misplaced for nearly a month) and the best answer really is to chill out and vape a bowl. You will have your nano soon.

Time to start a PM / email campaign to at least ring their bell.

Once you have your enano all animosity will fade away. It is one exceptional little vape.

Funny enough I already have my E-nano, its just the glass GonG I am waiting for now. I hate using the adjustable screen GonG's, they require a ton of cleaning to be consistently effective. I guess the whole system for using the nano is just a hassle compared to what I was used to with the EVO. The evo experience was much more streamlined, I switched from the Evo to the nano but it looks like I might just end up going back. I prefer dealing with companies that have their system working properly.

So you actually have an adjust a bowl gong to use while you're waiting..? I thought you couldn't use it at all (obviously skim read your posts earlier)... Patience is a virtue they say, they have been on a skeleton staff while Andy has been away for a week of your two.
I kind of see it if you want an exclusive, hand crafted vape like the nano, then you need to allow a little time longer than the bigger companies.
I'd rather it be this way tbh. Feels more personal than the alternative. Yeah something may go wrong or get delayed, but you can talk to Andy directly, and know it'll get sorted...

That's a good one, VXL is the only company I had to file a chargeback with. I can't support that company due to personal reasons, even though I once loved their product, the EVO (and VXL) too has its own issues. I owned a Cloud from its first inception, and an EVO too.....for for very long stretches of time. I can live without either, but I can't live without my Nano. I'm not trying to dismiss your experience with EV, as my experiences have mirrored yours, but since I can't live without the Nano, and Andy does eventually make you happy, i've learned that I must just be patient. I've mentioned it several times before though, because my first experiences were over a year ago, that EV could be MUCH more profitable by avoiding these mistakes and losing on on extra shipping costs, product replacement gifts, etc. Regardless, i'm just stating my experiences/facts, and I would buy another Nano and deal with EV in an instant. My recent experience was quite impressive, and my order was fixed instantly, with super fast delivery.

Also, do you really have a functioning adjust-a-bowl gong? I found the all-glass to have much of a restricted airflow, and i'm not sure why it's so hard to maintain the adjustable? I just plop it in ISO, and it comes out sparking. The screen doesn't really get clogged to fast because I brush it out frequently, or just don't grind very fine.

Why? Both Alan and the HI are incredible....I know it's the competition, but we're all a family, and there is room for other logs in the mix as well.

It's definitely a great time to be alive! The performance of the Nano is just incredible.

Made the plunge now I'm coming to the end of this thread and seeing some negative shit going down and now I'm worried. Got a couple questions for y'all. Whats the delivery time like these days? Also is this gonna blow my Solo away or will they be simular in vapor production?

Welcome! Wise decision (in my opinion)

As with many small businesses, there can be small customer service issues. EV tends to have more than their fair share of minor problems. But in the end, they make things right - sometimes it requires a bit patience (and some nagging). Nobody here is trying to hide that fact.

Shipping speeds are questionable right now, Andy was away for a bit. But you should have it soon enough!

The E-Nano is an amazing vaporizer for the price. There has been plenty of talk recently (within the past week) about the Solo and how it compares to the Nano. Read the past 10 pages of this thread and you'll get all the answers you need.

If you're willing to be patient, and learn all the tips and tricks to this amazing analog device, you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase. Don't be surprised if your first session with the Nano isn't fantastic. Log vapes are beasts, but they behave slightly different from your standard electronic vape. give them time to preheat and you'll be blown away by the vapor density of your clouds.

No worries bro you'll be totally blown away by the power of this little log. The solo doesn't hold a candle to the nano. Don't get me wrong I still like my solo just not as much as the Nano as far as shipping is concerned can't really help you there.Don't let all this negative talk mess with your vibe the Nano is awesome!!! JMO

Thanks for the reassuring vibes guys, I read through fifty pages or so singing its praise so I figured it would be a good call. Gonna have to read back ten pages as Ratchett suggested, but already having one Solo user verify that this thing is gonna be more beastly than it, my excitement has returned. Hopefully I won't have to wait too long, until then I'll be here with my Solo and Air just fantasizing about how clouds could get any better...
