I burninate anything on my screens with a torch.

Edit: I should note I put an EQ screen in the bottom of my gongs. This prevents larger particles (read: almost everything but vapor) from passing down into my water tool.

Yeah I seen you state that earlier. Then you throw it in ISO. Why the extra step of torching it? Doesn't it stink up the room?

I couldn't handle the added restriction of the EQ screen, the screen it too fine for my taste. And it only fit 1 of my 3 gongs.

Its the other way around tho about the torching. I torch to remove all the resin on there. I then quickly pour a small amount of iso on it (or just dunk it in some if I'm cleaning other stuff) to remove any residual burnt up carbon particles. I'm not using the iso to remove any of the buildup from the vape, but rather combustion residue from torching.

In fact if you dunk it in the iso, you can see a bunch of fine black dust come off into the liquid. Thats exactly what im looking to remove. Although its more for OCD since its going to get filtered through water anyway.

edit: If youre asking why I torch instead of just soaking in iso, its a time thing. Torch for 2 seconds, rinse in iso. Pat dry. Done. Way under 30 seconds if you really tried. Soaking in iso, relatively speaking, takes forever.

I got ya. You do own more than one screen though right, ?

My method is just take dirty screen out, throw in ISO jar and reseal, grab clean screen from shelf. Takes seconds, the time to remove and replace a screen, and nobody gets burnt or no smell, . I usually do all my stems and GonGs at once to save on repetition and start the next day with fresh screens.

Then once a week remove the now clean screens from ISO and set back on the shelf for them to air dry.

Reclaiming is just a bonus, and no need to dump ISO ($$) down the drain. I've cleaned 8 months of screens in the same jar, it looks like whiskey now, lol. Wish I could get Everclear locally, that would be one hell of a Golden Dragon.

I was concerned with the plastic tube. I don't know if iso would pull out something I don't need to vape. I have ever clear that I used and tried to make a screw driver....yuk!

Me too. But isn't that what Andy recommends using them to clean. I did some research on which Plastics will leach, but I can't determine what plastic they use to make them droppers I use.

I don't think the risk is too high unless you plan on soaking for days/weeks. Hours shouldn't leach much, IMO.

Hah, yeah I wouldn't try it. I prefer to control my doses. Vaping reclaim is my preferred method. It clouds so effortlessly, I'm guessing because of it's viscosity.

Yes i do... but i never used it... its not much.... but i also use a chopstick before cleaning in iso, with cotton after using the stem, its easier if the stem is warm... i own my nnano for a month or two... and like it a lot...

I cotton swab my E-Nano GonG once every 4-5 days, and enjoy cloud after effortless cloud for a session.

I have alot of screens so I havent needed to clean any yet, think I will go with the torch method.

Never used a waterfall, but the Nano conserves like a champ.

not intentionally i guess, but they did tho. not like there bad people either, just bad support ESPECIALLY NADIA! whom disappeared from my support. was suppose to be taken care of 3 weeks ago, only had the nano for 4 weeks.. the second day the gong cracked on its own - i had to msgd andy yesterday that it didnt arrive this monday or this week at all and about whats going on and how come i didnt receive a notice or tracking or anything. he gave me a tracking number and when i checked it this morning its tracking number is not found?? im assuming he just created a label and shipped it last night.. or something.. so much trouble for a gong.. i feel bad but shit i only had my nano for a month and its been nothing but hassle.. i baught a cloud evo a week and a half later when i didnt receive the gong and was getting the run around.. the evos been holding me down keeping me lifted... but geez.. i would like to hit the nano through water atleast to really enjoy the nanos full potential.. i wonder if i paid for the replacement it wouldve been here by now... never been pushed around like this.. when planetvape said they will send my replacement same day, i received it next day.. when arizer said they sent out my replacement, it was really sent out with bonus gifts, received the next day. when vapexhale said they will send neoprene sleeves and bands for my evo, it got sent out same day and i received it 3 days later from PA. When nadia said its sent out or will be sent out by end of the day (numerous times) its been 3 weeks with a tracking number NOT FOUND. I know the e-nano is a great product, suggested by most.. but this purchase became inconvenient for me. Everytime i see my nano i get pissed off. It SHouldnt be that way, everyone loves there nano. im hoping the gong and the great support service from andy will slowly fix me towards the nano and i can really have it in my rotation. andy was great enough to check up on my nano dial before he gave me the tracking # as i am going to repair it this week because i found somethings loose. Sorry if i offend others with this post.. im not knocking epic vape or andy, the product is amazing for what it is.

I know it may cost a few bucks extra, but why not get a GonG from @VaPeD&CoNfUsEd ? When your replacement from Epic Vape does make it, you can keep it as a spare. Hell I don't even use my original GonG stems anymore.

Thanks ratchett. I totally agree actually sorry for not making this clear. The NANO is not the problem, the nano is a beast and very powerful. the older 14mm thin glass is the problem (that's what I get for having a 14mm f bomb), I suggest getting the 18mm which Andy confirmed is thicker but the new 14s should be thick too. I think that one little decision to get a 14mm gong ruined my experience and I don't want anyone to make the same mistake.

I've been speakin to vapenconfused about gong for the nano, hopefully will have something worked out. I want to see how the nano works with a gong first before I get a custom one. I got to hit the nano in a gong twice, the second time it combusted and the glass cracked.

Well that's all very well and good, but the PO shuts at 14:30 on a Sat and isn't open on a Sun AND it's a public holiday in the UK on Monday... SO I won't get my grubby little paws on my new toy til Tue now

So it's been a week and was thinking it's time to change the screen and maybe clean the stem. It was starting to look a little fuzzy/thick in the middle. I noticed the wife moved the screen down a quarter inch or so because it was clean beneath the screen that far. So I grabbed the chop stick and pushed it the rest of the way out the top. I ended up with a fairly clean stem and a heaping screen full of wand hash! Well that's what I am calling it. I am very happy right now, both with my nano and my new results.

Just wait until you try the Nano with water filtration! In my opinion, The E-Nano is at its best when paired with a water tool!

I will be moving to Washington state in a year or two...... not too much longer of a wait.

Ohhh yeah to answer, I use E-Nano with a Mobius Ion Matrix. Need to clean her, havent since I got her, and use her as a daily driver with Nano. I just rinse it out with hot soapy water after each session, so it stays relatively clean, except some light particulate and oil accumulation.
