It looks pretty different from the G2. I wonder if the G2's condenser/mp will fit or if it would hinder more than help? I assume they've tuned it for airflow despite the lack of grooves.

I like the look, wondering if the short pathway would make this too hot for me or does the glass construction make up for that?
Either way I'm also wondering would it be good in a j-hook (or similar), all glass except for cap so I'm thinking it might? Though maybe the airflow would be poor?
For €40, I'm tempted but maybe, at that price, I should be buying a vaponic instead...

Yeah, I wonder too. It may be ok, the G2, BBs are pretty comfortable.
It apparently doesn't have the 10mm joint on the mouth end. It might fit anyhow? I'm curious about airflow as well, given the lack of grooves.
I grabbed one cuz I gotta know (and I really want a glass one I can be comfortable with). To be honest, I think I'd grab the Vaponic between the two, just because it's a little different and it pretty wonderful, definitely worth having. The G3 will be around, I hope.

Needed one (anyways), since the Vaphit quartz one cracked and I do like that tip.
Also a discounted armored cap, should aid my poor single torch results. Between tips, caps, and stems, not sure how many DVs I have...
Did not go for G3. Nostolgia rocks, but more DVs means less Vongsdays, and that's best day of the week.

The G3 is in today! Love the feel of the short glass stem. It's decently thick and feels sturdy. The built in glass screen looks like it's done pretty well. Capacity is probably a little larger than the B tip. The cap fitment is a bit weird. It seems like there's a little flattened spot on the hump for the digger outer to fit over, so you have to pay attention to which way you put the cap on, if I'm understanding correctly. Performance is great as expected. Nice big smooth yummy hits with ease and very even extraction. Tip airflow is more open than the SS M7 tip, and slightly more restricted than the SS 2019 tip. I think the included Clipper torch lighter has some of those metal strips that turn the flame red, and it smelled pretty strongly on the first bowl at least. It seemed less bad on the second bowl, but I may have been used to it.

No G3, but very pleased with discounted armored cap. Long, easy power curve with that. This ought to help the titanium tip/single torch heating probs I've been having. Armor cap is an oven in and of itself, besides an oven insulator. Impressive heat retention! Looks great on the Vong, too. Appetite has kinda shelved, need to recheck the terpenes in that last hybrid jar.

It's ideal for the Helix tip, the airflow's very open. I don't feel like it does as much with other tips, ymmv.

The low temp cap is working great on the G3 for me. Makes sense because I was previously using it for my third party one piece glass stem. Pretty nice that you can keep a second cap right there in the tin. I tried a bowl with the Wand, and as I expected it wasn't great, but that might have been me. I have not tried the BallR cap yet, but I think I heard George say it works very well on the G3 so I'm looking forward to trying that.

I may get a G3 in the future but i took a look at what Petebay posted here and ended up getting the beaded all glass item. I liked the fact that it was longer at 130 mm. Will see how it works out.Don’t know if it’s a dimpled glass stem or just straight glass, but very similar to the glassy stems that are dimpled now only. There has been different variations with straight glass, beaded, dimpled with varying lengths and some with wpa joints. The price is good if it includes the cap. The glass stem/tip are the best at getting maximum flavor, but prone to breakage if you’re not careful. I have a few. The G3 looks like thick glass and that might help with the breakage problem and why the bowl only holds 0.5g.

My G3 landed. It's a pretty nice little vape. I'm surprised I had no trouble spinning it (it's so tiny) and the bowl actually seems to hold more than .05g? Flavor is really nice and the roast is very even. I'm having a little trouble keeping the cap on but it's really my only complaint. Well, that and they could have included a magnet for the tin. Otherwise it's a fantastic vape/pkg for the price. I think the B's a better introduction since it prepares you to work with metal but the G3 kit is a better bargain and functions equally well. For people with a handful or more, it's a bit different and well worth having for the novelty and also the nice blasts of flavor.
Credit where credit is due; the actual user that created this great chart is Hoffamania on discord. I don't think he's on FC otherwise I would tag him. This is also pinned in the dynatips section of the DV discord and it's updated with additional tips. I like the G3, but it will only be my on the go DV. Works great with a lighter, comes in a awesome case, and cheap enough that I wouldn't care if something happened to it. Great entry point for those interested in what DV has to offer.
