I have emailed them twice with no reply..I wouldn’t pay it any mind. If I did want to pay it any mind, I’d file it down. Never try to tear it.
Or, your best first move would probably to message Dynavap with those pics and the exact same question you posted here and see what they say before you try to “fix” it. They have a stellar customer service reputation.
U R a CLOUD cházer! The Omni doesn't have a spinning mouthpiece because turning the MP is how you adjust the special Omni condenser.
There is really no reason to get better clouds from the M other than not having the Omni dialed in yet. The 2 tips should be very similar in cloudage, tho the different metals will make the manner of getting them slightly different. The Steel (M) tip holds heat longer, for example, and the Ti (Omni) heats and cools faster. You have to play with them to get them right, but once you do they are very consistent.

Awfull customer service.

U R a CLOUD cházer!
I love FLAVOR?
We both need effect 4 different reason's!
Da 'M" is perfect 4 MEDICAL use? (POV)
Thank you !They are in the middle of a new product launch - I have no doubt they may not be super quick at responding to you right now, but they will get back to you.
I think with the SS tip of the M, you are able to get all of the flavor in one heat cycle, since it stays hot for l0nger. With the Ti tip, while the flavor may still be there for the second cycle, it has possibly degraded a bit from going through that first heat cycle.
I don't notice a massive difference in flavor between the two tips myeelf, but tomorrow I will do some empirical research to try and confirm for you, @ataxian

Managed to get my 2019 M and Dynacoil a little earlier than expected today! (Along with some Karma)
At the base of one side of the digger outer part of the cap of my new 2019 M, there's a little bit of metal sticking out that looks like it's part of a not completely trimmed tiny strip of extra metal that isn't there on the other side, nor have I seen it on my 2017 M or the Karma M I got with this. Looks like a small machining defect or something, but anyway it should be safe to try and pull it off of the cap, right? It sliced my finger when I first handled the cap so I don't wanna leave it be.
It's hard to get it to show up in the photo but it looks like if I could get a grip around the part coming up I could pull down and get all the extra stuff removed, but I wouldn't want it to just start tearing the cap, either, nor make things sharper than they already are. Doesn't seem to affect the function in any way.
Thank you for all the info. One last question so I shouldn’t be turning and playing with my mouthpiece then like I have? The Omni doesn't have a spinning mouthpiece because turning the MP is how you adjust the special Omni condenser.

Well, it's a lazy Saturday afternoon.
I have nowhere I have to be and it's shitty weather outside.
So off to gaming I go, with a few toys to help me out on my adventures!

With the Omni condenser assembly, as you turn the MP it causes the condenser to move either up or down in the stem , opening or closing the airflow at the tip. The purpose is to "set and forget" the amount of airflow you get from the airhole on the stem. So normally you set it and leave it there, unless you want to adjust the airflow differently.Thank you for all the info. One last question so I shouldn’t be turning and playing with my mouthpiece then like I have?
If u order the Omni VonG of DynaVap does it come with the spinning mouthpiece on it already? One last question so I shouldn’t be turning and playing with my mouthpiece then like I have?
Who doesn't?You don’t stand in front of a mirror before a vape session
wondering what the vapcap will think of your outfit.
