Well I did leave out the part about him saying that from the back of a dragon while drinking unicorn blood from a chalice made of vampire fangs if that helps. I believe lightning and thunder was involved as well, but I'm kinda hazy about the whole thing tbh.That may be, but hardly folklore.

Now I'm not sure if this is serious or playful.....If it's a game, M stands for Mental (because I tend to use it with a full chamber through a homemade whip when I want to get wrecked), but I would have bet the house that it stood for Medical grade steel.... I might well be wrong though.

The M wasn't meant to exist.
Originally it was the Dynavap W, for Wisconsin, but the designer was high af, knocked the advert off his drawing board and put it back upside down before finishing drawing his W and mailing it off to be printed.

That and a date with the red witch, tho not at bedtime...
So, back to the M, I seem to recall M for metal as well, but I don't remember George being definitive. I know he has been asked more than once. Metal as opposed to The Woody or the OG (glass). I don't remember when the Ti Omni came out in the timeline but I think the first one came before the M.
Since the M was meant to replace the glass OG, M for metal made sense to me.

Ti Omni definitely came out before the M. I bought a Ti Omni, and remember the M coming out shortly after that.

That sounds like a lot of fiddling about to me
..... I sometimes crumble hash (or better still kief) in with some ground weed and get great results. If you only have hash I dare say the M is sturdy enough to handle some crumbled up hash - in fact I'm sure it can - that thing's a Monster

Turns out that the plenty concentrate pads I got were much bigger than the one Squiby had on her post, so I found just unwrapping it completely using fingers was best, resulting in just a mesh, then cutting a piece, trying to minimize loose bits of steel wire going everywhere. Needed a rather small piece to fill the SS tip.
But it sucked. Got pretty high, but the vapor was thin and didn't taste much. Lots of coughing. Got a rather negative mind set. Ended up sleeping and waking up with a headache. Fucking hell, maybe I should take a long t-break. Maybe a torch would work better for this than the IH, i guess it heats the mesh directly.

I always cover the carb hole when inhaling as I prefer to mouth pull x3 and then inhale. I find that the higher temps required for hash make the lung pull technique a bit too hot and scratchy for my liking.I wonder if you have any advice on how to get the best out of hash in the vapcap "M".
I put a "pancake" of hemp fiber and then the same shape of hash and then hemp fiber again.
Also I dont really get it how I should "draw" / cover the hole while inhaling.
Tips??

Just another traveller in the Cannaverse
Since my IH died I've been using flame to heat my vapcaps. My go to is a Torch-400 that is basically a table top that allows me to lock the flame on.
I really only use my vapcaps through water at night, and I've found I like what I can do with flame better than what I was getting with the IH. I can push it a little bit more and get great hits with my @DDave kit. I typically tap out after 3 heat cycles on a full chamber. There's probably a bit more there, but I'm not pushing my ABV as hard as I did when I first started vaping flower full-time a year ago.
And it's fun painting the cap with flame. There is some art to it that I appreciate. I didn't have a great experience with the alcohol candle when I first tried it, but I'm going to give that another go too.

And if I might brag a bit. This tune has been streamed over 1.5 million times on Spotify in the past 30 days or so. Thanks.

I used my VC last night for the first time in a while, I had a couple of FP bowls and then I think it was 4 capfuls, the FP involves less fiddling about but I have to sit up straight at a table with it, if I lean back on the sofa (which is what one really wants to be doing whilst vaping) I fear I will drop a very hot metal object in my lap and that is a terrifying prospect when stoned
With the VC I can lean back and take sips ....provided I chose a water tool which points the VC away from me so I dont start thinking 'oh no what if the cap flies off and hits me in the eye'

I've tried this "mouth pull" and it feels like I get nothing down to the lungs. Im confused about when I should release carb hole, if I can do multiple "draws" from the same heating, or if it is just one pull/heating?
Dont get me wrong, I've had very successful sessions with it, im just curious whats the most effective way.
Also Im not sure if it works the same way (heating, draw) when using hash?
(Since most videos and info is regarding weed)

Personally I do it with each hit. Mouth pull it into my mouth and then inhale. The short time it is in my mouth it cools slightly. Occasionally I may take 2 before inhaling.
If I'm using an Omni I usually have that set just short of closed in which case I may just pull directly to my lungs.

I get 1 hit from click to click. If youre ripping it this your only option anyway. At least with the titanium tip.
At the hot click I plug the carb and mouthpull several times, anywhere from 3 to 10 in quick succession. Then I release the plug at the same time I start the lung pull. Then you start to feel the vapor pouring into your lungs as you "clear" the hit. At this point its a game of trying to stop pulling at the exact moment you have a big satisfying hit, but before its so big that it chokes you out. Theres some trial and error. Now that I have my technique dialed in its easy to get thick hits without coughing. Its important to pay attention to the size of your load and how long you heat past the click (i do 1-2 seconds for extra performance), those things will influence the timing of the technique. It would be minor, but it would be good to add a dedicated XL version of the M— the
Franken-M, while practical leaves a lot to be desired in the aesthetic eye. YMMV.
Perhaps an knurled XL M, a knurled Ti stem?
