So in theory you could use anything with a hole on one end (mp) that would take the tip on the other. Even a pen in a pinch if you had one with a wide enough barrel.

That right there defines the endlessness of the Dynaverse. A tip and cap, any tip and cap and just about anything with an 8mm bore and you've got yourself a functional Vapcap.

MacGyver, step up to the challenge. How weird can it get?

Good eye friend! They are 120mm in length.

Considering shorter versions already. ;)
A short one with a handle : )

Better yet a carb handle...

I've been wanting this since I got my VC. I have some other ideas too but don't have the know how or materials to make them.

Even better yet someone could blow traditional style Sherlock pipes with a VC tip

Bamboo is still my favourite choice for the improvised Vapcap. Vape your grass through grass! If you use green bamboo it has a sweet grassy taste to it at first. It almost improves the flavour of the vapour.

I guess it's not weird though.

PS: Never get Ikea furniture. Paper is not a replacement for veneer. I should really build a new desk.

How would you heat that? Spin the whole pipe?
Yes. But not spin the pipe 360 degrees. I don't take my VC out of water pipes. I just pick up the whole bong and rotate it like 90 degrees (like a door knob) and do that same with the torch and can heat like 80% or more of the cap surface that way. By turning both the bong and moving the torch it pretty much heats the entire cap.

Did I shared that the LE 7-fins tip is very very very nice/suitable for water? the most open air flow compare to gen 5 or ss tip, extract the material completely in 2 heat cycles with my high temp cap. My butane vape collection have been grow up a very little bit, but vapcap still my DD out and about, King of convenience/efficiency

here is a video the LE tip with @Winegums 14mm stem hitting with Jobon triple torch, my fav torch for ti tip.

We usually used a potato because it was firmer, less juicy and didn't decay as fast. A potato and a piece of aluminum foil and you were good...

While I'm sure that would work it sure seems like a lot more effort than pulling the VC, heating it normally, and placing it back to hit. I would think that if you really wanted or needed to use a VC already loaded in your water tool the best way would be to use an IH.
Then again, variety reigns and there are no rules...

My first experience with cannabis was at an Emerson, Lake, & Palmer concert when an apple billowing smoke was passed down my row. It was love at first sight. And 44 years later, I still feel the same.
