OK, so I think I misunderstood this on first reading. You're quoting aggregate timings for 3 heat cycles, is that right? So the Cap that came with your Omni takes about 46 seconds to cool down each time, yes? If that is the case, I'd say it's within acceptable parameters - between 30 and 45 seconds is manageable and should not lead to confusion, eg: heating again before the cool-down CLICK and therefore combusting. I have had one faulty cap replaced but that was taking well over a minute to cool down each time.....I tested each VC empty with no draw for 3 heat cycles and timed the total cool down (heat to click, start timer to cool down click, pause timer, repeat 2 more times). My original cap (came with M) gives 1:30 of cool down - about 30 seconds per heating. The cap that came with the Omni gives 2:20 of cool down - about 46 seconds per heating.
