Triple B day today. Blackwood, Bocote and brass. !4mm vong with an overall length of 100mm.
You are my favorite adulterer!I've been adulterating Nonovongs again.
Absolutely!would you recommend a vapcap to a medical user ?
I treat my wood bodies nd stems like I do any other wood in my home. I keep it clean and conditioned. How do you take care of this exotic wood to stay strong and good looking ?
As with most answers, it depends. It depends on your technique.Omnivap TI XL should be with me on monday! just a quick question, i carb my M until the cooldown click, with the Omnivap is any feathering of the carb required as it has the adjustable airflow? Thanks in advance guys
IIRC, Dynavap uses bees wax to finish the stem which would be no worse than inhaling vapourized concentrates. I also use bees wax to finish my stems since it's food safe and emits very little odor.Doesn't work conditioner get into the carb and subject you to fumes?
Would like to see your unit in an enclosure, make the power supply external to the IH, sothe form factor is minimal, with only a wire-to-pocket.
The smaller, the better.
I don't follow.
Pictured is a **tiny** non-portable unit, with a 2.5mm female to which you connect power from an AC/DC converter 12 volt adapter.
Entirely enclosed already is the wiring from the female to the FET and the switch, and thereby to the induction heater board, which is external to the enclosure.
If I make a battery powered version, as discussed, I would also keep the batteries external from the enclosure. Heat kills lithium ion batteries, and shortens the lifetime of a lot of electronics.
That's why I don't understand designs that put the batteries and the heating coil inside an enclosure, which mandates limiting the activation time, and probably a momentary activation style pressure switch. That means two handed operation, or creating a switch with a material like cork activated by pressure on the inserted DynaVap. I don't like that option, either, because you benefit from flexible insertion depth and even insert/withdraw/insert when configured for small doses and microdosing.
I haven't seen it mentioned, during cleaning are we supposed to clean the cap? Specifically the inside of the cap?
The cap will develop an external patina over time but it does not require cleaning. The inside of the cap is not exposed to resin residue.
Only the tip and condenser will require cleaning.
That is the all in one package. Guess you would use the butter on your Dynavap? Not so much with your 'M'.Yes, @ataxian. If I were you I would go w/ the $40 M & the $16.00 Dyna Basic Kit so you'll have extra parts & the fat mp. So, it's only $56 in total. It's a great deal.
Glad to hear I didn't throw my money away and went for that option. I know from cookware how Ti heats differently than SS. Wasn't sure if that would necessarily have an impact.I own two Dynavaps. Both are 'M' + Ti-Tip. It's my fave combo by far!

Last sale was my first into VC territory. This was my purchase.
2 'M's with the two types of extra rings and a pack of SS screens and a Vertigo triple torch. 2 Fat mouthpieces. $ 100.83
I really liked having 2 'M's as a beginner.
@ataxian Surprised you haven't tried a VC yet.
So I have graveyard-ed my OG VC's leftover cap and screen. Good vape while it lasted.
LSS. I will have 4 bullets. and 2 'M' bodies.

This sale
2 Titanium Tip (sale price $ 32 each) $ 64.00
The Cap $ 16 1 $ 16.00
Total $ 80.00
If you mean DynaVap the sale is still on. I think to tomorrow Midnight (CST).I think I missed the sale?
Maybe one day?
It's worse, it goes all the way through Cyber Monday till 11:59 pm CDT.If you mean DynaVap the sale is still on. I think to tomorrow Midnight (CST).
I'm trying real hard to forget that. There are still things there that want to live here.
Whew, it looks like they have no XL DynaStashes on sale. That was a close one...
Given that, the smallest configuration with a battery externally corded would make for an IH that is "portable". with the coil cut, or bent to fit a casing.
..........................................................................................................................................I'm not familiar enough with the risk of lithium ion battery rupture, heat cascade or explosion during rapid discharge, to feel comfortable with the battery pack in my pocket while powering an induction heater. Maybe on a belt.
I was going to get one?

Love to try one.
I have been plugged-in these daz's!
CIVILIZED one day!
MAYBE?
They're smart like that, it seemsI never mentioned my username when interacting with them but somehow Dynavap knows who I am over here...
Snackmaster, a Dynamagnet and an Altoids tin make a good stand and heasink. Pulls heat out of the cap, not so much out of the tip. Put coins in the tin. Doc
Love your sandblasting!!!I had a DynaDIY day today . . . Get ready for pictures
I own two Dynavaps. Both are 'M' + Ti-Tip. It's my fave combo by far!
However, since one of the Stems was changed out for the gorgeous Sandblasted M Stem, I have gone off the normal shinny M Stem. . . .
So I made myself a sandblaster!! (I already have and air compressor) never done it before, but. . .
It came out Great! Can you tell which 'M' is the Official sb'M' and which is my sandblasted 'M' ?????
Now I was looking for other things to sandblast . . . . . .
The metal housing of my lighter. . . . .
Sand-Blasted Dyna-tube anyone? It actually made them look a lot lot nicer I reckon. The bottom green tube is still original. . .
Some good sand-blasting fun
Afterwards I made a couple of quick Dynastashes for friends (at the bottom of the second pic), but then I made this. . . . .
Can you guess what it is?
Just ordered this, or something very like this I hope - $29 shipped from China. It'll be a miracle if it arrives intact! Now I need to learn a whole new set of skills, plus terminology... big tyres? perc? Thanks for the recommendation @almost therehttps://m.dhgate.com/product/2016-big-tyre-perc-glass-bong-water-pipe/389071645.html?f=DM|EDM|Shipping_en_pc|series|EN|PC|2017-10-31#pd-019
I just picked up this one, tiny little thing, stands as tall as a pint glass. It’s a 14mm joint so u’ll have to use the fatty mp or an adapter.
