@GreenHopper thanks a bunch! Just added it to my order, was wondering why that was in their shop

It is brand new on its 1st day of use.Greatly appreciate it, I'll google where to order it.
btw- beautiful shots, how do u keep ur tip so clean?
Tobacco needs lower temps to vaporize comparing to VC defaults. So I have to heat the tip just to avoid charring. My mod helps too. EDIT: heating lower digger side of the cap is a no-no with tobacco, harsh and pungent vapor.Does your tobacco char no matter where you heat the cap, or are you flavor chasing and just heating the tip?
Also, if I may ask, how does the nicotine hit you when you vape tobacco? Is it way more potent?
Thank you!!
Out of curiosity I saw a video detailing the new titanium tips have adjustable screens, is that true of the model I ordered?

I know these units are very efficient with micro-dosing but how about as a one-hitter?
It might be made to work if you can pull back the sleeve of the lighter and roll the sides of the cap across the lighter element, but just applying it as if to a cigarette might give a weak result unless you become an expert at disrespecting clicks and boosting the cap.Bummer on the car lighter, was hoping it would do the trick.
I think @Squiby might have actually invented this use for the fiber, and it might have been originally in their shop as a medium to help suspend oils in a VC bowl? Or possibly as a wick for juice in the Pyrovap?@GreenHopper thanks a bunch! Just added it to my order, was wondering why that was in their shop
Seeking a name for this mod, please suggest. I added domed screen to the bottom of the cap to avoid the cap touching the load. Now my tobacco never chars at the bowl opening.
So it's a small basket screen?Really like this mod.thanks for sharing @Xelatsok .it seems to fix up the only issue i had with the vapcap initially. That was, loss of flavour due too charring the top of the bowl.
So I took an 11mm leather hole punch to a 1/2 in medium ss screen, took the cut screen disc and pushed it home gently with the tip and its lodged there, hasnt moved.
Been testing all day with a dual flame honest torch and off the bat i noticed immediate improvement.bowls are char free every time and more evenly vaped.Clouds seem denser, larger which shocked me a little at first.not sure whats causing the improvement....maybe more aggitation and throttling of the air stream through the screen? But im feeling its a game changer for me anyway...Improvements also in flavour and smoothness.
Anyone else @VapCap had a go ?
Below:latest tip and cap on TI.Thanks George
No ..its a round flat ss screen 11mm diameter and it sits/stays in the bottom of the cap.So it's a small basket screen?
I like how its fit and forget .no real need to ever remove it .it feels to me like its agitating the airlow through screen into the vape in a positive way.Its honeymoon with the VC all over again.Early on I was pulling the cap loose by a mm or so and it had a similar effect as the screen. I'll try this for sure as soon as I find one that fits. Ive been using an upside-down basket screen in the tip almost since I got it, and it's still going strong.
I have also yet to try tealights but that could be a possibility for you also if it
Cocobolo has red/Orange/Brown variations where as the Black and White Ebony is a mixture of blonde and black wood. It pairs nicely with the Bocote stashes. If you want a solid black body, choose the Blackwood.I'm looking at OmniVaps, either Cocobolo or Ebony (I thought Ebony was much darker ("Ebony & Ivory"...) but it looks closer in colour to the Bocote Dynastash. Any thoughts?
yes. Will the Omni fit in the Dynastash?
Yes. It has a threaded ss condenser that screws into a machined titanium mp. The length of the condenser can be lengthened or shortened, pushing it farther into or out of the tip. This adjustment effects airflow. Finds your sweet spot, set it and forget it.Am I right in thinking all OmniVaps have SS condensers?
No. All ti tipped Vapcaps including the Omnivap have tips with an adjustable chamber. Also, is it only OmniVaps that have the adjustable chamber settings?
The high temp orings are used on the Ti Tips and the Ti Mouthpiece to allow for a friction fit into the Omni body. Also in my cart is a replacement pack of 3 Titanium CCD screens, a The Cap, a High-Temp Titanium Tip O-Ring Kit (not sure what I need these for), and some De-gummed Hemp Fiber (again, not sure what I'll use that for). So, any glaring omissions or incompatabilities there?
Im sure this has been asked before but are there plans for a XL version of the Omnivap? Direct swapping my Woody XL's condenser for an Omni version with the titanium mouthpiece would be sweet

Definitely this one!You guys have sold me on these, I must get one! I'm having a hard time deciding which way to go. I've pretty much convinced myself to just go for the omni. I really like the cocobolo, but not sure what stash box matches the best.
Definitely this one!
