I will order this when the bloody Canadian dollar is worth something again. Looks pretty darn awesome and innovative. I really think the designer has created something special and unique that will be a new style of vape. Could even have some kind of heating station like the vapman added. Hell even some kind of holder over a candle would work.

It's tough to get friends into vaping sometimes when I mention the initial cost. Even with the Canadian dollar sucking this would be a great entrance to people that want to get into vaping.

Can't wait to see some FC reviews of this unique little thing.

I bet the vapman station would work with this....will test that theory out when i get my vapcap

Greetings!

I am planning out my booth "The VapCafe' " at the Cannabis cup. It is in Michigan Aug 22-23 Please come if you can. I will have demo units for everyone to try with their own good stuff of course. I am trying to decide if I should have hats or shirts to include with preorders at the cup?

Will the Ti/glass edition vapcap and a Pyrovap that can be loaded with more viscous concentrates be a separate pre-order, on the website, to be delivered at a later date? I won't be able to add them on to my original order?

I am working on the PyroVap that can handle the good stuff. I hope to get it available for preorder by next weekend. Same for the Ti Glass VapCap. I am scheduled to receive my next shipment of Ti tomorrow and hope to get the parts turned right away. I am really anxious for this stuff to get here. I think I figured out a way to make everything fit. More details soon.

Would anyone here be upset if I raised my prices next week before the Cannabis Cup? I hope everyone that tried to support the VapCap during the ill fated crowdfunding has had a chance to buy in by then. Does $30 seem too high for a base model unit? ( with a torch maybe? ) I hope this doesn't come across as inappropriate, I am just looking for feedback. Please let me know either way. Last thing I want to do is offend anyone here.
The torch offer will remain in place for FC members at least until the end of August and maybe permanently.

I don't think that's too much. What's shipping looking like? I'm not 100% but wasn't it around $15 before? Some people were talking $35ish total on a $20 preorder vapcap so that might be a bigger deal to some people lol. A torch in the box with it is a no-brainer for me, even though most of FC has a torch or three laying around not all of your buyers will. Although it would only be a short-term source of disappointment for some, it would still be better to have what you need out of the box so you can hit the ground running. I think a solid date for price increases both here on FC as well as on your website in advance is a great idea if you're thinking about heading that direction. Surprise people with things that will make them happy, not mad ;)

I don't plan on charging any more than I currently am on the shipping. $5 in the US and $10 everywhere else.

I love the idea of this vape!! Very clever with the click when it reaches temp.

I was going to hold out until I had money to get a ti woody but I'll jump on the pre order band wagon for a basic model on Friday when I get paid.

@VapCap thanks for coming here and sharing your ideas with us. And thank you for the special deals you have offered us :D

I want to explain my last post: You said you need money to go in mass production. You already have promoters (us), we will start to promote your product as soon as we have it, there is no need for promotion goodies like hats or shirts or cups or ... Right now you should have some money to start production and you should use it for long time investions like machines to build the vapcap.

Btw, i dont think there is really a need to develope more vapcap options like titanium or wood right now. This should be done after the successful launch of the standard vapcap. As less things you have to take care about right now as better.

I really appreciate your activity in this forum and i cant wait the final product(s).

Vaponic is the most similar device and it is priced around 35-40 so 30 is not expensive in my opinion.

Btw is it possible to add a second vapcap to an existing order (to not have double expedition fee), I placed my first order on your site.

Still a bargain at $30 IMO. Nothing much else in that price range and certainly nothing that is as easy to use.

The VapCap, with its patented "click", might be a game-changer at this low price, especially for beginners. Vaporgenie is a a bit more expensive and much more intimidating to use and next up is a $100 for a Flowermate, quite a big step up in price. The VapCap click and the familiar dugout bat style ensures ease of use and good pricing means no one will be scared of the investment.

I am surprised this didn't do better on Reddit, hopefully it'll catch on. Big market in r/vaporents for beginner vapes.

$30 certainly seems fine to me, really $35 or $40 with shipping then. Still a great value imo

Will the Ti+wood remain the same pricr though? I'm waiting for a peek of the all Ti model to decide for sure on that one, likely I'll end up with three anyway...

If all goes well, Ed and I will have a system online soon where there will be a good selection of interchangeable parts, such as bowls, tips, stems and mouthpieces. The goal is for all of the components to fit with all of the others.
