I too talk to Scott at Marley Machine Works ! I gave him dimensions and sent pics for references. He said someone was sending a tip so he could start on some stems. So it was you! MMW has some nice examples of his work out there. Can't wait to see what he does for DV.@stark1 I love the long stem. It reminds me of the Grafix bongs of "days of yore". They were straight and you could buy them in lengths that you could not light yourself like 3+ feet.
I agree about the patina. I cleaned the one tip because I'm sending one of the M's to Marleys Machine Works as an example. But if I had a Piggie or Simmrell Collection stem I think I would keep my tip polished.
My first piece of “furniture” we bought for college apartment was a 3 foot Graffix. We all danced around it in joy of our investment. Who needs a table or chairs when you have a magnificent bong in the center of the room?It reminds me of the Grafix bongs of "days of yore". Thanks @StringTheorista@SquanchKava the Aomai single torch has lots of fans here, is small, and I don’t fond It gets very hot. Dynavap sold them for a minute, but are readily available on eBay for cheap, on Amazon for less cheap.
Can you guys recommend a travel lighter than you can put right in your pocket right after a DV session. I love my Vertigo Lotus Cyclone Triple Torch but it gets too hot for travel sessions.
It's a good video. I encourage anyone to watch it, and don't forget to hit like and subscribe. He has good content.I hope this hasn't been done here to death, there are only 1749 pages to search through, lol. If it has I apologize.
I have read and heard a few accounts of people wondering how to get the oxidization off their VC Tip. I use general polishing compound. You can use any kind of metal or polishing compound just make sure it is super fine. I edited the video but polish time by hand was 7-10 minutes, with the Dremel its 2-3. A wet rag can help get in the grooves.

@matey have you always heated near the bottom and cleared the bowl in one heating? I like big hits but that would be too much for me in my experience. I tend to heat near the cap first for 2-3 flavor hits, then in the middle for a few bigger ones and thats the bowl. I find that the Ti XL is a little smother but the stem gets hotter. For coolest vapor I might say the Ed's TnT.
Hey man. I too love my cyclone. I lurk on heere for years and finally made a account now that I got my dynavap!Funny, I use the Cyclone Vertigo as my travel, and pretty much all the time lighter. In fact the Vertigos have gotten me back into using my vapcaps pretty much every day.
I have a Z-plus that I don't use because it takes so much longer than the Vertigo to heat a cap-especially a SS cap. And that makes it hard on my hands. And for me the vapcap is all about speed-it's the master at a quick toke-especially with the Vertigo. It takes twice as long maybe more with the Z-plus. PM me and if you're in the CONTUS I'll send it to you.
I've found that if I rub the Vertigo between my hands for a couple of seconds that it robs it of the heat before I pocket it. Flesh as a heat sink, but it works. Try it before you buy if you dig the Cyclone.
EDIT: Just as I hit post reply the mail brought me this lighter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KFV189J/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
The reviews are all over the place, but I've thoroughly enjoyed the first couple of heating cycles. Very smooth button, so easy on the hand, and it's a medium/large torch which is also easy on my hands. And it's quick heat-up on with just medium sized flame. Tank seems pretty large, but there's no window. And the torch end is adjustable.
Not quite a table top, but I wouldn't put it in my pockets either. Great for home use.

I think you may just want to try a ti tip. Cools down much faster than the stainless. Or heating higher up on the cap for subsuquent heat cycles. I typically top out w 2 big water rips on a stainless fully packed w just ground flower. I dont usually take it much further. To cooked for me. Some people dont do a grind at all. The omni does help with cooling but only my making it an airy er hit. Some just got airportless all together which helps speed the cooldown of the tip but not the temp of the vapor so much. But to each there own. You could always check the dynavap "airport" vid on youtubeThanks for your advice! Let me clarify and say that I heat near the bottom and take one draw. Then heat again 1-3 more times (with basically one draw per heat-up).
I'm assuming that the inner metal tube (I think it's called the condenser?) is the part that really helps to cool down the vapor before it reaches your mouth. I was thinking that the Omnivap XL would have the longest condenser and be made of superior titanium, so therefore... it would produce the coolest vapor hitting your mouth. :-)

Hi all - Looking for some advice from folks who have both the M and the titanium omnivap xl models.
I've been using the 2019 M for a few months and it's been good. One complaint is that the vapor is very hot and harsh (I usually heat near the bottom of the cap and get 2-4 draws/reheat-cycles before discarding the bowl) - especially after two bowls in a row... the whole M becomes pretty warm.
I'm just wondering if the extra length and better heat dissipation of the titanium omnivap XL would be a superior experience for me than the 2019 M (I got the new tip from Dynavap by the way, and it's been nice - I can use it with the carb closed pretty much all the time now).
Anyone who has both the omnivap XL and the M care to comment? Thank you!! Just trying to justify succumbing to my VAS, really - haha. But would like some idea of how much of an upgrade I should expect for the 3x cost layout...
