Awesome work! Bookmarked.
An idea for 'spinny mouthpiece' people: I have wondered about getting an appropriately sized "fidget spinner" sort of ball-bearing setup and having it integrated into a custom stem by one of the well-known custom stem makers. In appearance, the stem (as I imagine it) would have a silver ring somewhere on the body but the ring itself would spin. No visual indication of that unless the outside of the ring was engraved or something. This would allow use of an Omni setup but you still have a spinning piece.
I don't know if you can already find fidget spinner pieces online in sizes that might accommodate vapcap stem part size and fit requirements, but I bet Flyaway could help create something that is easily fitted to wood bodies under construction, given their current stock.
For that matter, a standalone spinner part that would fit Omni setups between the condenser end and adjustable mouthpiece such that it doesn't interfere with any other sorts of customization like custom stems or bodies, would be really neat. I know a lot of people like 'spin' so I bet a standalone "spinner extension" would sell very well.
Anyone who thinks it's worth running with those ideas to investigate further, please do. Someday I'll be glad to be able to purchase the result!
Edit: This too!
A standalone spinner part that could connect between the tip and stem/body. Maybe a width that would allow use of a standard body with XL condenser, with the spinner filling in the created gap!
Edit2: Anyone seen these anodized damascus Ti pieces on Etsy? Other sizes available too. Imagine the possibilities!!! Don't know how easy it is to find stock like that anywhere else.
