I was actually going to buy the Vertigo Cyclone Triple Torch through Amazon. Do you own it? If so, roughly how long does a full tank last regarding fluid? Thank you very much for the suggestions.

Hard to say. I often keep them both in my bag (and use both) with my Dynavap, but the Dynavap is not the only vaporizer I use. Most days I use at least three different vapes at different times of the day (in different situations). So...it's hard to say.

I'll be leaving my M in my car on workdays this winter, popping out at lunch for a little pick-me-up, so it'll get cold.

How about leaving the M in a thermal glove inside the car so it won't be as cold to start off with? And if sufficient increased warmth isn't realized, you'll wind up with an extra pair of warm gloves.

Hey there. Do you still like using the Shadow M? When did you order it for the black friday sale? Which vape had a smelly metal? The smell never went away? I really hope Dynavap improves the consistency on this sort of thing.

I just received the Shadow M today, but ordered it on 11/22. Already used it a few times and love it just as much as the other models I have.

Dynavap’s limited run ( no longer available ) Damascus steel stem, was the one that had a smell that bothered me, but that’s just the nature of Damascus steel.

Seriously, our Vapcap usage seems to be very similar concerning preferences and expectations. Don't forget to say Hello if you ever come over to Germany!

Ok. I'll give the first generation Vertigo Lotus Cyclone a chance since I get 2 and its the same price as one of the second generation.

I also noticed that while cleaning my M18, when using the cap to push the condenser out, the part that you use bent for the first time. The part that acts as the "cleaning" section of the cap bent and it might've of been due to the angle but I'm not too sure. Now it bends pretty easily :/

Good thing I have a Shadow M but that's a bummer. I plan to buy a TI tip and put it on the standard M18 and use it as my on-the-go device with the triple flame Lotus. All I need is to either 3M tape a small magnet to my grinder or buy a Dynastash. The only thing that turns me off about the Dynastash is that it is not smell proof.

Why would you use the super thin, flexible tongue (for lack of better terminology) to push out a hard metal condenser? Of course it's gonna bend. The only thing the tongue should be used for is scooping out your ABV from the tip.

Yeah maybe I’ll just use something else since it did bend. But for the last 2-3 months of ownership and cleaning it every 10 days or so, it never showed any signs of bending. Then today, it bent. Oh well.

@FlushedNotRushed, Just conjecture, but maybe if you cleaned the unit while warm the x-rings expanded due to being warm & it took more force to push the condenser out. The x-rings even when cool fit snugly between the condenser & inner stem/body wall so even then it puts extra force on the digger when pushing. Can you not straighten the digger out? You can always contact CS & tell them that you were following George's instructions & the digger bent.

I used to use the digger on the cap to remove my condenser, but I stopped after noticing it started to make tiny grooves on the end of the digger.

It's not like I can't use just about any little straight thing I have around the house to push it out.

Shadow M delivered today.

Admired it, cleaned it, swapped out the grey X rings and O rings to black ones, then changed it into a Black Wood Shadow M XLS.

Was kind of bummed that the black was not fully coated on the tip or top of the cap.

Here's a family photo, youngest to oldest starting from the right.

I'm going to sell the Damascus Omni XL in the photo. What price do you think i can get for such a rare unicorn? I tried it when i first received it, but the smell of the Damascus metal bothered me.

Beware that the M is a STEM, so you would need an XL condenser and the mouthpiece of your choice.
Dynawax is beeswax I believe, so may be natural wax for wood will work as well.

I'll pop a cap before I head into work so the unit will be warm. Stored inside the Dynastash and stuffed into the storage between the seats might be enough to keep most of the cold out. My winter weather will be very similar to KidFated in MN so I should be ok most of the time. We're supposed to be getting rain/ice/snow today but not much happening yet. Glad I've got the day off work but I wish my new VC would have arrived yesterday. Today would be a perfect day to get acquainted! Soon!

Well, wrapping it in a hat or scarf would also work. But I like putting it in the finger of one of the thick ski-type gloves for warmth & then put it the car caddy.

I was thinking last night that if there was an award for aftermarket DV accessory the winner in my book is @DDave Water Wands. They are incredibly easy to use, easy to clean, easy to harvest, and enhance my experience. There's just nothing like a capful of a night-time Indica mixed with flower CBD to make for a relaxing evening.

Making notches where the grooves meet the tip of the bowl, to add airflow. I found it was only necessary on the 17M in my experience, my 18Ms hit great with no mod whatsoever
