I miss that guy, really wish he can find that damn password. The forum has been a lot less ...colorful without him or as he would say uncivilized
This is GREAT to hear! I often say something very similar, we live in an imperfect world. Mistakes happen. It is how companies (or even us personally) deal with these mistakes that truly matters. Would love some pictures of your new babies!Diary Entry 08/09/2018, Customer service experience with Dynavap

Dear Diary,
do you remember? Many weeks ago, I ordered a blue Titanium Omnivap XL from the limited offer and a Cocobolo Omnivap XL directly at Dynavap. It took ages before it arrived here. Just days from the USA to my country, but weeks at Customs because of a missing invoice on the parcel.
Then, finally, it arrived. I was so full of anticipation when I opened the parcel and was heavily disappointed seconds later. The blue Omnivap wasn't very blue. The tip was, but the rest was more grey/light blue and it looked, frankly spoken, a bit shitty. Not the sensation that I expected. The Cocobolo Omnivap XL wasn't Cocobolo. It was Dark Wood. A very nice one, admittedly, but not what I have ordered. Not the kind of experience you dream of after finally holding the delivery in your hands.
So I contacted their support and told them about my disappointment. Shit happens. Every day. I run a business myself and know that too well. The question is: How does a company handle it? And this is where Dynavap shined (again). Christina went above and beyond. She took several pictures of the remaining blue stems that they had (not many) and none of them was close to perfect. So I surrendered and told her that we better just leave things as they are. Only one of many purchases gone wrong. Singular occurrence. Bad luck. Let's move on.
The story could end here, but Christina made it happen that a complete new blue Titanium Omnivap XL was made, just for me and sent it together with the most beautiful Cocobolo XL stem that I have ever seen. Both arrived today and both are absolutely stunning. I don't know whether they will invoice me for keeping the Dark Wood and the Cocobolo stem, but even if they do, then the overall experience is stellar. I could not be happier.
Dynavap customer service rocks!
Goodnight my beloved diary,

If i recall PP mentioned somewhere tooth pick container lids. Hey if I'm wrong don't crucify me all...if feel bad enough seeing all the extraordinary stems i don't have.I would love to, the “how” is the only problem..
I’m still tempted by those 3D printed dynastash’s also. $25 and they seem kinda handy. Anyone have one and love or hate it?
As always it’s a feelgood time getting the goods from DynaVap, they have always been good
to me. Kinda like @PuffItUp!
Kinda bulked at buying a whole rig however, to get a *pink* mouthpiece— for when I dress up in
ma’s old shoes.
Kinda doesn’t quite fit.
Wonder if we can just buy some OG glass bodies this week without having to buy a Ti Omni condenser, too.
I jump hoops—just not too many.
That’s interesting, I’ll have to look into thatIf i recall PP mentioned somewhere tooth pick container lids. Hey if I'm wrong don't crucify me all...if feel bad enough seeing all the extraordinary stems i don't have.
I have one and I don't really love it. It has some convenience, but the open nature of it makes it really stinky unless you have an immaculate VC you are putting in it. I prefer a stash that is closed and reduces or eliminates odor. I also prefer wood, but that is just a personal preference, and not my issue with the 3D stash.I’m still tempted by those 3D printed dynastash’s also. $25 and they seem kinda handy.
