Don’t have one, but I believe it was @Winegums hundreds of pages back who said cedar would dry herbs out really quickly (aside from the smell issue). I’m sure dynavap would send out the one you ordered if you let them know the error.

The cedar will suck the moisture out of herb so just do put in more than you think you will use that day. DV will make the exchange for you.

Do people actually put straight weed in those stash holes, no container? I really don't see it being smellproof and how're you going to clean kief and resin out of it to smoke?

I can't understand why would somebody spend 200$ on this piece of shit. I could understand somebody spending 60$ for a backup unit, I wouldn't even do that though… I could understand somebody joining the vaping community willing to spend 60$ for the vapcap M as well… 200$ for the omnivap? are you nuts? rofl, it's not even worth the 100$ they're asking for the woody models… it's so sick how people will only use their two eyes when choosing what to purchase, it's like everyone is just a couple of walking eyeballs (same reason why the Pax is so popular maybe?). This vape is a big piece of crap, purchased it and returned in less than a week, I ended up combusting with tobacco once again, I prefer it over the vapor quality this shit yields. The worst vapor and terribly unneficient. The vapman at least is way more efficient tan this one...

It does actually require practice and a little skill to use. Electric vapes are really better for the clumsier beginners.


The smell of my weed leaks through sealed plastic bags and 'airtight' containers, wood isn't going to keep tangilope's aroma contained, especially when there's resin glands falling off and being smeared over the inside.

Sorry you had a bad experience. I’m a very new dynavap owner (my first came a few days ago), but I absolutely adore mine. The “m” is fantastic. Can’t imagine ever going back to combustion. My Omni is pure artwork, and I love titanium.

Try to remember that different people like different things, and that’s ok.
When you say things like “this vape is a piece of crap”, or that people who buy them aren’t thinking clearly, you sound like you are either trolling, or have an extremely limited perspective.

not trolling, just pointing out the fact that people Will first choose with their eyes.. secondly, they'll use their eyes again… if it's tiny, beautiful, and reminds me of the looks of an actual joint, I LIKE IT.. this happens over and over with the majority of people, they would rather sacrifice tons in performance just for the looks of the device… they just fall in love and purchase it.. performance isn't even a factor for them, they would otherwise choose other way better devices (in terms of performance) in that 200$ prince range… there are lots of them…

but hey yeah, it's fun to fall in love and justify the shitty vapor just for the looks of it

@aniceto The quality of the vape is superior to my Solo, my air and my weed hog EQ. I have spent 100s of dollars on vapes and 200 for one that uses little weed and packs a punch is worth it to me. If you dont have the patience to learn how to use it, dont blame the device. Yes you could get the same results for a 60 dollar M but hey I can ride my bike to town or drive my bad ass Jeep. Both will get me there but.....I am taking the bad ass Jeep.....make sence?

I can’t speak for everyone, but the tiny amount of material it takes to do the trick is amazing to me. I didn’t buy it cause it looks cool, I bought it because of all the glowing reviews. The fact that it looks cool is a happy bonus.

Eyes? Yes, I use my eyes to read reviews to choose the best performing vapes. Like anyone sensible does. What do you use to choose, do you google pictures and reviews then....sniff the screen?

The vapor, if you are capable of using it right, is awesome. You really should have read the Best Of thread before sending it back. I have to run mine through a tiny bong because the vapour is too thick for my ex-smoker's lungs, it's thicker than my EQ at 230.



I've used a Volcano and Crafty and Sutra Mini that belonged to friends.
I bought the Fury 2 because it had better performance for me - that means it was portable (portable means it fits in a pocket, not a backpack, the MiniVap is bigger than my desktop vape) and had good vapour production with a fairly cool hit and small amounts of weed.
Then I bought the Dynavap as a backup since I wanted to quit both combustion and tobacco, no risk of batteries running out, then I bought an Arizer EQ for home use and a Vaponic to try out the glass flavour preserving.

Then I got used to using my vapcap and ordered myself another one.
Because they're just that awesome that I wanted a prettier one, I wanted to reward Dynavap for making me such an awesome vape and because it's somehow addictive buying vapcaps.

It's the thickest vapour of any I've tried, if you do it right.

I am so very pleased with my Vapcaps. The fact that they are arguably one of the most beautiful vaporizer devices on the market is just a perk. They rival some of the more expensive vaporizers in stellar performance, are convenient and easy to use, perfectly sized, are very efficient and have none of the hassle of the battery tethered vapes.

The plethora of heating options make them functional in just about any scenerio which rivals other butane powered vapes. In my mind and for my purpose, Vapcaps really are the perfect vaporizers.

It is unfortunate that some miss out on how fantastic this vape really is because they don't have the patience to learn to use this simple, beautifully engineered and straightforward manually operated vape. But, then again, not everyone is nimble enough to learn to drive manually and the realisation of their limitation can understandably cause feelings of inadequacy and frustration. In the end, we all should seek to find a device that matches our skills and aspirations and respect the choices of others.

Pff, people seriously over rate jeeps. I can get there on my mountain bike without a problem. I can probably get there in my 2 seater 659cc kei car with a little bouncing, it's fun watching 4x4's get bogged down while I skim over the mud giggling :p

Newcastle, thickness really doesn't matter much, wood is porous so resin and aromatic oils will sink into it and scent it. Plus the actual seal doesn't look airtight.

sure thing, that's how I spent half a year with a vaponic and a few months with the vapman. For the Price and hype, I was expecting something brilliant, and it just isn't.. It's no different from a vaponic

but hey yeah, it's a matter of patience

load the bowl, unload it and pour that amount in a Solo II stem.. lemme know

I condone that… arguing thickness as a quality factor is like making obvious I don't know too much about what vapor quality means​

@Skunkport I dont play in the mud and yes a light 4 wheel drive subaru will do better than a Jeep on a muddy road. You wont get your bike up the mountains I climb without carrying it..:brow:

Back on point.....Has anyone backed up your worries? I am telling you first hand I have none of the problems you worry about. The top is very snug and adjustable if it gets loose. I admit I have only used my stash a few times on road trips but no problems. I used a dugout for years and have one friend thats all she uses. Hers is not cedar.....not sure what it is. If I did accadentally/forget and leave it in there for a while who cares. Dry weed vapes fine in my experience. I personally have never experienced a wood flavor.

@stark1 Ya thats mine and I dont peddle anymore either.
