For what kind of concentrate? I only vape hash rosin and ive been loving 450 descent or 410 ascent with the sapphire cup. Its starts ti get harsh on 450 steady near the end of the dab but the descent mode really fixes that problem for me.

Hash rosin for me as well. I’ll have to try 410 ascent with the sapphire, but after playing around more last evening, I do feel like I get significantly larger clouds, with similar or even better taste with the quartz, and I can go over 450 with no harshness. Strange.

Thats interesting because i really noticed the turn in flavor on higher temps with the quartz but def feel that problem has been very mitigated by the sapphire.

So I picked up some of the simple green cleaner, and overall I'm fairly impressed. Soaked for about 4-5ish hours, no heat or scraping , just a simple soak, and it worked WONDERS compared to isopropyl. Obviously it's not completely perfect yet as there is still some staining on the walls, but honestly this is good enough for now. Flavor and performance is largely the same as it was pre-clean, making it seem like the staining is an aesthetic issue at its core lol.

I'll throw it in a baggie with some simple green and run it in my ultrasonic cleaner as I bet that will help loosen everything up faster. But yeah, I can definitely re-assure that this method works at least well enough just with soaking if you don't feel up to torching your insert like meeeeeeeeeeeee. (Also, I regret not taking a picture of the bottom of the cup before cleaning, the difference was insane!)

Just got this beast yesterday. Although she’s pricey, great investment.
After playing around with different temp settings and profiles, I picked 490 for 45sec on decent mode with the Quarts bucket…beautiful flavour!
May have to get the Sapphire insert or ALN if it becomes available. My Cartas are now collecting dust as of yesterday!

I too got this device yesterday! Less than ten dabs in, but boy howdy does it hit me harder than just about every other device I have. Haven’t really messed with the temp or diff modes yet, just been doing the recommended 480f for 30 seconds on descent, while adjusting the size of my dabs from one to roughly three grains of rice. Can’t wait to start complaining, but the only thing I have so far is just that it’s a big boi, and maybe that the carb cap hole is on the top but looks like a joystick and also not on a tether, causing me to cut off airflow by accident a couple times, and also misplace the cap

Again these really aren’t issues but it’s literally the only constructive feedback/insight I have so far lol
