Maybe you guys knew this but I didn't until the other day...these jars are painted. :cuss:
Had to order some infinity jars to replace these potentially toxic ones. China and paint are a no go!
Really? Wow! I did not know that ... I was planning on ordering some but hadn’t yet ... glad I decided last minute not to throw them in with my V4 order yesterday!

Sorry about the poor recommendation then ... I didn’t know ... and Matt’s stuff is usually pretty good so somewhat surprised ...

Hi fellow Rosiners!

At first: Thanks @dabpress.com and @psychonaut for the great contests (although i didn t win...)

Second: Congratulations to all Winners!!!! Have fun and enjoy you prizes!

A few questions:
  1. Will it be able to order Rosin Bags from the European Warehouse? I can t find this info on the Website, would be great. I d also happily get one of the collection sets if shipping from the EU
  2. On the Webshop, there is an eNail kit and a Heat plate listed - both out of stock. Are these new and not in stock yet? I d love an eNail with dabpress quality and value...
  3. Any tips where i could get a not too expensive Collection Plate in Europe?
Thanks in advance, have a great day!

Just a dude
like to suggest people look at what they plan to squish at once and double that. This gives a lot of room to grow and not feel like you got the wrong press. If you use a shop press you can customize your setup at the cost of mobility.

If you wanna gauge you pretty much start at a 10 ton machine or shop press since the bottle jacks are self contained and only super expensive ones have gauges.

The bj6t35 is our best selling AIO unit, the 3x7 caged kit and 4x7 plate kits are our best selling for DIY.

We also have a skeleton frame and pump for rosineers who wanna partial DIY a custom build with our quality parts.
^ This right here is the biggest reason I’ve not considered buying another brand in a long time. Even more than the money saved. Helpful and no-bullshit assistance on top of high-quality products at amazing prices?
Yes, please!

We already knew that Roger is a smart dude but getting psychonaut to rep dabpress was a genius move. Having p-naut provide support adds even more value to an already kickass product and having him be the “face” of dabpress has definitely helped and expanded the brand. There’s no way that Roger could spend that amount of time supporting & promoting the product line, we need him to run the factory! I hope to have need one of these bad boys in November so I can finally join the club. :brow:

Thanks for that @pxl_jockey it means a lot! :)

You all are like my brothers and sisters. I know you better than most on the internet and frankly the forums are my first home. IG, reddit, facebook be damned :p Forums allow for far, far, FAR better conversations IMO!

Roger is indeed working hard in the factory to bring us products, we've made a lot of promises and it's taking us longer than many may expect but the goal is slow and steady, do things right the first time (if we can), and build from there.

@Doktor Dub we are slowly adding products to the European warehouse, it's just taking us time but we plan to stock it with the most popular offerings. In the meantime if you can find filters for cheaper we always recommend you try and save money instead of spending more on shipping from our factory.

Yes! We have some new products on the way, pictures were taken when we made pictures of our new pump, they haven't been added to the webstore yet. There is going to be a heated plate 7x7" so rosineers can do post processing with their oils. We also have made an enail kit.

As to a cheap cold plate, I just like to take a small plate and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes, it's not completely flat but works very well. Anything that retains cold temps and is flat can be used.

That is incorrect these jars are not painted, it is UV glass I would never sell painted glass, a brief time I was unaware that one mouthpiece for an atomizer I had was painted I immediately stopped selling it, did a lead test on the paint to make sure it wasn’t lead, made a YouTube video to inform all my customers as well.

...WOW! Thanks!! first time wining a contest  i will put this to very good use :smug:

Very happy for you and the other winners! A very thoughtful contest by Dabpress and a great way to expand the Dabpress community.

The upcoming enail and hot plate are very intriguing. I have been looking for more information on the whole post-processing concept in the other rosin thread. This seems to still be a developing science (or art). Is it a bad idea to just set the press plates to a certain temp and leave your jarred rosin on that for a while? I know it means leaving the unit on for long periods of time.

There are many rosineers already doing that but the problem is with caged plates or some of our hydraulic heat press machines the opening is not large enough to put a sealed container inbetween. If you can fit your jar inbetween your plates, for sure!

Good to know. I don't have @divinetribe's UV jars, which look great to me, but I do use his clear 5ml jars and love them. They are also pretty squat without their lids on and fit very easily between the plates of my 6T unit. Plus you get heat from the top and bottom. I just need more practice at the post-process. I have a bunch of rosins that are either too sappy or too brittle and would like to get them to budder up. I got it to happen once but couldn't repeat the results.

I want to say again that the customer service of @psychonaut, Roger and the whole Dabpress team is
out of this world, i just msged´em yesterday that my cylinder started leaking and only hours later
i got told that i will get a replacment part sent out asap at no cost.

Best press & CS for the money, period...if anyone is on the edge of buying -> GO FOR IT !!:)

Hard to beat leverage and thanks for the help in ordering my HR Puff N Stuff 10t kit @psychonaut, I am looking forward to some squishing, I am a total noob to concentrates (except for a bit of Bubble Hashin and a couple of hair straightener runs)
I also have a DNail Sic Halo in transit to use with the Rosin I make...fun times ahead.:haw:

First time winner here as well. Tier one. 3x7 caged plates. I don't have the 10 ton h frame shop press I need (of course). But I just checked tracking and they will be here tomorrow. That was fast @psychonaut . Thanks @Dabpress. Please update me on your skeleton frame when ready while I check out what's out there in bench tops.

Wow! Like you, I can't get on board with adding any more heat than required to press.
I'm not willing to give up any flavor just to make a sappier/oily/buttery product change consistency.

Personally, I just think it is the wrong approach even if they do use the "xxx-tech" terminology:doh:.

In stead of trying to change and manipulate the consistency, I find different pressing techniques will provide the desired results without having to post-anything. EXPERIENCE matters, so experiment. Between butter/sappy/shatter, simply experiment with higher/lower temps and different speeds for adding pressure.

Keep as many other variables consistent as possible so that you can gain comparable experience between different approaches. Try to use the same strains for practice and honing your technique, use the same bagging methods, pack with the same amount each time, use a gauge to avoid blowouts and learn the limits of your bags, and use a damn stopwatch!!! 50 or so presses in and you will find your sweet spot to make it run just how you like it.

How the fuck do you get to Carnegie Hall?
