Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Ya I don't think it's necessarily ethically right to flip that for $400, but good luck finding something that elaborate and full colour for $400 from an American artist.

Inyour case you read absolutely correct. What you may have misinterpreted from the article is that glass doesn't get softer in a sense making it easier to cut or manipulate. Softer means it takes much less heat to soften said glass. The surface doesn't actually become "soft".
Shower thought I had: if a seller is willing to sandblast or has a sand blasted piece, it would definitely be boro, correct? Since other glasses don't seem to take blasting well?

I don't think he meant he was going to flip it online for 4 bills. Although, given the crowdsourced and ever-bending nature

Maybe not, but fairly clear he bought it to flip imo judging by the youtube description
"Anyone interested in this piece let me know, willing to trade or sell"

I don't really care though, each to their own, as long as he's not trying to market is as being local glass.

Im not entirely sure I want to sell it I just kinda wanted to get a feel of what its value was in the eyes of others. I wouldn't lie to sell it because that's fucked up but if someone offered me 4 bills for it I would sell it in a second. The glass game in America is fucking retarded right now. Shitty chinese Hitmans sell for 6 bills, and the cheapest custom piece I've ever seen sold at a festival was like $350 and it looked like a piece of shit.

It looks pretty sweet, and its a worthy gamble I think with a 99.6% positive feedback. Would have loved to see a function vid on DHgate, but I didn't see one.

Dabs are vapor too!
@b0 mine was shipped out basically the next day and I got it in 10 days to Canada so my shipping experience does not jive with yours. Also the nut was fine just one dish is too big but having the Infiniti copy makes that a non-issue.

@pigfoot I already messaged the seller about the particap copy and apparently it won't fit. Thanks though. Seems like either the dish or the cap is not a 1 to 1 copy. Maybe both.

I got the hybrid nail, particap clone and standard carb cap. The hybrid nail works great, tastes like my quartz banger. The central threaded tube is not long enough for an enail coil though. The standard carb cap is the same diameter, so it doesn't fit over the nail, it sits on top. Works well like that though. The particap is big enough to fit over the hybrid nail's quartz dish, but it has a an arch-shaped cutout for a honey bucket, which is large enough that it's not blocked when on the hybrid, it lets in too much air to work well. However, the particap is awesome for carbing a banger! Works really well. The dabber shaft is hollow, with two holes on the side of the shaft. Easy to control the airflow.

Kinda looks like a Toro. Looks like they are really trying harder on the percs. This one looks pretty nice. What was the price on that one?

Yup, it's a Toro clone. Looks like it will set you back $40.

So, the only way to use the hybrid nail is via a torch? That sucks!
Well, it works great with a torch, wouldn't really say it sucks. Also, they never mention enail comparability. The dishes are available for $5/ea, if you have an infiniti clone with similar threads to the nut which holds the dish down, you can make a nail which is definitly enail compatible.

Kinda depends on the dish you get with it. I ordered 2 and one fits and the other doesn't. Luckily they both fit the infiniti copy.

Also they released another version http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/2016-6-in-1-dualiti-enail-ti-qtz-enail-titanium/373183422.html which has more room.

The threading on my hybrid is finer than that on my infiniti clone. Yours is the same? Do you remember which vendor you got it from?

I got mine from Auber over a year ago when I ordered my e-nail from them. Seems the same as this one but they may have changed the thread size or be from a different factory. http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/wholesale-universal-domeless-titanium-nail/240912559.html

Also just found this http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/2016-hottest-14mm-19mm-female-jointed-colored/373207547.html which is the coloured version that HE offers. Vendor doesn't have the best feedback rating though.

The threads in that pic look just like mine, coarser than the dish retaining nut. I messaged the seller, let's see what he has to say about it. I don't think I would trust those colored nails. The original should be anodized, I'm guessing.

Ya I dunno about the coloured ones. Though the warning they give about the colour fading over time is also given by HE on their coloured nails.

Well, I bought me few pieces from our friends at china. All of them arrived in registered mail, packed like baby souls, took average time (3 weeks) to get here. I review here the ones I got from sunshine, which had the best packaging and the fastest delivery.
Here is a video of me using them (sucking air):
It's the D020-D and YQ-2285

Both of them hit like great mofos. Amazing what some glass wizardry can do to the vapor.
Though I think it's worth noting that they're far from perfect, and the various slits and holes are more for show. Most of the gasses escape through single exit point IMO, and my next piece would be a simple one.

I received my Rattle Can from Steven today. It's well made, looks good and functions correctly.

For the next revision, I suggest reducing the air path restriction where the joint enters the can, and also where it curves down. Those two points may combine to cause just a little more initial draw restriction than the FC-710. I'm curious to see where resin builds up after a week of use. The lower portion of the diffusion pump, and loose ball, are flawless.

Has anyone tried the FC-Mod? Ever since mine arrived it's replaced any other bubblers I own. It works so well with my logs and arizer air/solo etc. I like the mouthpiece and that it works with both 14 and 18mm stems. I don't use the ash catcher attachment or one of the percolators but it still is everything I want in a bubbler.

I have the one on the right and absolutely love it. I have a Mobius Nuc but don't don't like traveling with it due to it's cost and that people can sometimes try to borrow things without your consent lol. I picked up the clone to have as a road bong that mimicked the same stylings and size I came to favour with the Nuc.
I can't tell any difference in terms of functionality between the two. The clone even has a 18MM joint to the Nucs 14MM. I got lucky and my perc is level too!

Is it uncomfortable for you that the joint is placed higher than the mouthpiece ? Therefore making it impossible to see where you place your oil on the nail
