Cheap High Quality Bubbler

Hey guys, I'm looking for a recommendation on a - who would have guessed - cheap solid glass piece.
I've been owning a d020 since around 3 years now, which has served me well but I'm just looking for some variety.

I'll be mainly using it with a tubo evic/tetra p80 and e-nano for now, if that matters.

I've been skimming through the last 200 sites of this thread but it's overwhelming.
I have no idea how a perc effects the experience tbh.

Pieces of interested I've found so far are:
DHGate: Toro Glass Hookah - looks interesting and seems maintenance easy with all those parts to take apart
DHGate: Classic Mobius Matrix - This piece or similar pieces have been around for years and seem approved
Vaporhsop: I've always been interested in a globe one, this is the only affordable one I could find besides the sneakypete globe

Any ideas or recommendations?

I bought the first one you linked and it was my worst purchase on dhgate ever.
One of the downstems was too tall, it would reach the bottom of the water pipe.
I opened a dispute and communication with the seller was so poor that I got 100% refund.
It’s been a few years though. I hope they got production right.

is there finally a china-glass-supplier that can deliver ground to standard AND wobble-free glass-joints?
And who's delivered quality is consistent?

Really don't understand that guys... My china-glass is really nice in type and look, but the joints are THAT horrible.
Needed 60g/m²-teflon to make it useable. Email, video, long story short, got my money back.
So glass gone, money too for stevenlmz79... Seems like they still make money.

Makes me think of the british...^^ They used to send the chinese government-subsidized opium to rip them off.
Maybe that's why we get such cheap china-glass, too

I think i will regrind my joints this week, that teflon is bothering me too much shining through the glass...
There are special teflon-rings for laboratory-usage that get nearly invisible, but they are expensive and get damaged fast when unplugging.

Honestly, it really varies, I don't really notice problem with wobbly joints for a good amount of my stuff, it really depends, there's always so much variance in glass... For one thing it depends which specific piece you bought from where (yes Steven is hit or miss) and there's just way too much, so I can't really answer your question exactly, but if you get more specific maybe...?


^Meanwhile I got two orders yesterday, the mouthpiece on the left from here was said to be 18mm, but what they sent is 14mm and an adapter lol I don't think I would have ordered it at all had I known this, sent them a message and they said they're going to look into it... Not a big deal for the price anyway!

The other adapters are from here and they are all pretty great, they will allow me to use a wide variety of different mouthpieces with the GooRoo among other things... Except for the one on the bottom is going to be a mouthpiece, that I'm going to load with quartz beads and cap with a rimmed basket screen to hold herbs for Tetra and RBT use among others... It could also just be a mouthpiece itself modular into the adapter actually! Glass quality seems to be quite good, even and thick... Can recommend!

So now I'm just waiting on those colored drop-down adapters, the tracking has never been scanned so I reached out to message newpipes about that as well... Then it's the two Biao pieces that are moving now, and the pink male tentacle rig that is also on its way... Have not yet gotten a shipping notification from Greek Glass for the double inline tube, honestly pretty surprised about that, aren't they normally much faster?? I ordered over last weekend and they should have everything in stock to ship, no???

I don't have it, but I wouldn't buy theirs, I'm not sure exactly what they charge, but they have them on DHgate for very cheap (like $30 or so)... Glass99 or SmokingBong or this one and this one looks good... Many other sellers have them so look around!

The one thing does not appear consistent with the DHGate offerings, the splash guard is shown on some but not all the pictures... definitely appears smaller or not at all on the DHGate offerings. Some show this dimple on the main pic/thumbnail, but it is not evident on the subsequent pictures.

I tend to have little reservation about paying more for a US distributor of china glass [like TAG, Grav, etc]. IME, they are faster to deliver, less stressful to work with, and they tend to filter out most of the flawed/wonky glass before shipping.

Holy shit dude I do not think that thing is worth $150, but then again I don't understand the benefits of its design performance... Would have to be super thick glass to justify that price though, the ones from the gate are going to be pretty thick, the ones with good reviews at least (yes sometimes you never know what you're going to get specific slight differences in the listed photos and the review photos)

Yeah honestly I would hunt around, the links I posted, and the ones from other sellers, that might show up in the suggestions or from searching, read all the reviews and look at all the photos, maybe you can figure out which one is the best one for you?? There's got to be one that is just like grav, no? Isn't their stuff China sourced too...?? Oh, yeah:

Oh yeah that's definitely a benefit, I did not know TAG was getting stuff from China really, I mean makes sense everyone is a little bit, but yeah I think there is a lot of value for that, especially for really nice pieces, but sometimes I think the markup is a little unreasonable... Definitely depends what you want, I certainly am not interested enough to justify paying that much for it, the highest I paid for China Glass was the Cali Bear tall straight fab FOL in milk blue for $111 on sale and that was because there was really nothing like it anywhere else cheaper, otherwise it was also the Biao large inline tubes at just ~$80 each (DHgate and Greek Glass) Only my GooRoo 3piece $150

My glass varies, I have cheap glass and also a few offerings in the $300-400 range, but I tend to use the more costly glass more. Not because of cost, but because the function is just simply awesome on my Evan Shore Titty rig and Sheldon Black traveller setups.

I like the look of these, apart from the 14mm joint but 14mm is OK for dabbing (I have 14 to 18mm dropdowns to fix that).

Finally got the order from Greek Glass today! Arrived earlier than expected even though it did ship later than expected lol it was packed well, and looks great, love the little color accents of blue and red, mouthpiece is wider than the other 16 inch spiked tube, excited to try it with the Halo! Also my heady whale from Jeremy in Nashville (smokyMTglass on Instagram) coincidentally arrived with it, shipping super quickly and also packed up very well, even included a spare down stem!

After reading threads obsessively and visiting glass shops in person and online, I just ordered two bubblers from DHGate, that I think qualify as "Cheap Glass!" I've been using for too many years and a former smoker of cigs, so I need a good amount of water cooling to enjoy my weed and concentrates. I ordered a double tree perc with lovely blue-green accents from loveglass to replace my existing but twice broken(falls, not defects) similar and much liked water piece: $26.86. That will diffuse and cool your vapor well @Polarbearboy, I use mine for extra filter/cooling when needed.
Got my Puffco Peak Pro glass ball rig the day after my Peak died but it did not matter as it arrived with a broken support leg...a shame as it is really nice even has down-firing slits in the simple perc, seems a shame to chuck it...might try some 2 part clear epoxy to fix and keep as a spare.
