I don't own a D but I do own both the original D020 and a 187 which is very similar to the D. I would recommend the D model over the original D020 to anyone who wants a good vape piece.

But if you are planning on using it for oil then maybe original D020 is better since it is smaller with less diffusion than the D. There are much better oil rigs available though

I agree on the D020 for oil rig!
It is way better than my smaller bubblers for concentrated. For the SOLO I find the D020 perfect!

I have been having a lot of fun with this Kathy 8 arm tree perc, with removable mp. It has so many options and is fun to use with the nano and herbalaire. It diffuses a great amount for vapor imo.http://www.dhgate.com/product/two-f...r/194775321.html#myaccount_orderdetail-1-null

the glass is pretty thick, sturdy base. The one I recieved has symmetrical joints and is aesthetically pleasing. I see the addition of a ash catcher in the future.

dont waste your money read FRAIL and not great for vape chuggy ,YMMV. Mine was history in a month and I am very careful with my rigs. It seems as if history is repeating it self, a lot of what we see was discovered a while back , there are some real treasure seekers and and they do a great job dig'n up newer styles but its a little slower now a days, but still some sweet designs popping up here and there making it fun still. Look back in some of the older posts around 9 mos ago, there yule find some info on a lot of what new members find at the present:peace:

does anybody have any idea where the best place to get a healthstone slide would be. maybe an imitation or ko will do . been dying to try one but i dont want to blow 80$ on one and all the cheap ones are out of stock at ALT.

So I finally received two of the 4 pieces ordered on the 18th of Aug and received on the 22nd of September, so Europeans patience is the essence but wonderful is the reward

This is a photo of them both next to the GB187 for your pleasure.

Just opened the packaged and both of the pieces are in good nick, 3 (see above photo) is much taller than expected, it has the down stem a little skewed and the base seems kinda thin, definitely not one for the clumsies :ugh:, I love the mouth piece, the lips have a nice ledge to rest on. the slits on the Reti perc are not all at the same level but seemed to be polished. On both items the ground joints are nice and tight. small bubbles are in and there but nothing to cry about.

If anyone wishes I'll try to get a vid out of number 3 (Reti perc) as the Ratchet has been covered a few times but I can't recall any of the other.

I don't know if you didn't see the other posts but there isn't a sidecar GB187. It was patched together by oli. You can see the tape in the picture they posted, but maybe you can convince the maker of the GB187 to make a sidecar version.

I recently broke my only glass piece , and am on the hunt for a new one . I see a lot of nice pieces that people are getting from DH Gate . I had a few questions for some of you that have ordered from there . First off are any of you in an area where MJ is illegal ? The reason I ask is because it has to pass through customs and I was wondering how sketchy that situation gets . Also , I know people that ordered other things from there , and it took a month or better for delivery . Has this been the case with any of your orders ???

Not to worry. Even is states that have anti-paraphernalia laws, they have no restrictions on tobacco, and all of these devices can be used with tobacco and other legal herbs. That is assuming they even have any idea what is in these packages, which they generally don't. My vapes have usually come as "Aroma Therapy" devices and my glass usually says "Art Glass" or "Kitchen item" or something innocuous like that.

Items from our favored vendors (Like Sunshine Store) nearly always take less than 2 weeks these days.

I live in the Midwest and it is definitely still illegal here but I have never had a problem ordering and don't know why you would. It is just glass until you use it and who is to say that you are not going to use it for tobacco or legal herbs

I assumed that since I can go and buy ( extremely overpriced ) glass down the street from my house that it was all good , but had to ask as I have never ordered glass from over seas . How was the ship time ???
Also , not ever knowing anybody that uses legal herbs or tobacco in a glass piece , that never comes to mind ...

I used to know some people with a tobacco bong. It seemed kind of different. I hate all tobacco products so I can't say if it was good or not but there are actually people out there using these things legally.

I like to imagine that there is a select group of old men out there that smoke a tobacco pipe but instead of having a old school wood one they have a heady ass glass pipe. I would love to see them smoking it openly in public just to see people's reactions

A surprising number of the regulars in here are regular herb vaporists. There are some threads dedicated to it here, but lots of discussion inside other threads. Many do it just for the flavor, and some for effects that are similar (or not) to some of the MJ effects.
