For anyone wanting fast service you can't beat Sunshine Store. Yingmin is also good. Kathy is a lottery and I would never do business with her. Others find her to be fine. Different strokes for different folks. Its all fun!
Kathy has been as little as 10 days!
SunShine 6 weeks for one piece and one week for another!
There all a lottery as I see it!

 That was me. I really liked that thing. Liked, because I dropped and broke the joint right off. It recycled the water and I liked the way it hit with my Jhook. In fact I ordered another one already, but Kathy is dicking me around with 2 bad tracking numbers. I threatened to dispute and they said they would send today and add a"big gift". We will see.

If I had seen that one I would have ordered it instead. This is the one I ordered from kathy that was delayed.

I like the looks of yours better and I think it would sit better on the YQ-42. Meh, oh well. Maybe I'll break this one sooner than later so I have excuse to get another one. I was tempted to grab the fritted disc ashcatcher too but kinda figured that'd be too much diffusion for desire with honeycomb, matrix and frit.

Hey guys I know that at least one person on here has purchased this ash catch. I think I even remember a video. Can someone please help me out with a review of this item? Thanks

@DieHard, I thought I got mine before you? ;)

I wouldn't exactly say it recycles in my experience, more just percs up through both holes.

I found it hard to maintain it's water level, if I had as much water in there as I wanted, I'd pretty much always get some spilling though the jetpack splash guard back into whatever piece it's attached to when I went to clear a hit.

I'm not really the biggest fan of ash catchers though, they seem to always cause pressure issues for me after the hit, and they just don't seem to add that much to the experience for me...

It is a fun little piece though, I just wish the little "main can" was like 1-2cm taller.

Yeah you got yours first and it took me a bit to get the video up.

I got the fritted ashcatcher and can definitely vouch for it being too much diffusion when paired with the YQ-42. Though it is nice and smooth for combustion, though honestly the YQ-42 is pretty smooth on its own. I like the fritted ashcatcher with a j-hook a lot though. Also I would say the YQ-42 can probably fit most ashcatchers.

To remove that fucking ROOR logo from the GB-187? 1 Part Simple Green, 15 parts water, let it soak for 48-72 hours. Now I can post pictures of that guy again without breaking the rules.

Would love to see pics of how that turned out. Might have to order a gb-187 and gb-186 next month if it looks good.

I know were all different.
However a ash collector and JHOOK is a way to mix it up!

The main point is not how much glass one owns! Do you get medicated?

Been out on summer vacation so to speak :) enjoying some time back home again, using my kathy recycler + domeless tonite. Hope you all are having a good summer. I have also started the glass blowing process and have made a pendant and tiny marble so far (still haven't seen the marble yet) but here is my pendant...first time ever on the torch. Simple 2 tone blue frit and clear. Back to discussing bubblers... I took my first aliex HC bub out on the road with me and it's been performing like a champ, took a few tumbles and still going strong :)

Is it that simple (no pun inteded)? If so I'm stopping for some SG on the way home.

I have some Mean Green, looks like the main ingredient is the same, if that is what does most the work: 2‐butoxyethanol

My favorite piece! The function and aesthetics are flawless! 23$!

Is there a water test on this one anywhere? Looks interesting. I'm having a little trouble sizing it even with the image of your glass table. I think it may be smaller than it appears. Glass does look nice and thick.
