@blankrider yes that is exactly it. Water looks a little higher since if you draw, water will sit above each of the perks.

I can't get filtration through the top (turbine) perc without adding a lot of water, so that's my way to cheat. I also like a lot of diffusion ;)

Not sure about dhgate but they sell the GB186/187 for cheaper on their site when it has a Roor logo instead of a Mobius one. I'd prob get a Roor labelled one if I were going to order since it would be fake either way.

I just received my 14mm Pinnacle Water Tool from Sunshine Store in the mail today.

It feels a lot tougher than I expected it would be. Doesn't have any defects, only a few little scratches but it works perfect. The air goes evenly though the perc and no splash back unless I'm pulling really hard with extra water in it. I don't have my 14mm Solo stem from JoDa yet but the straight stem with some tape works well. I would definitely recommend.

@ataxian the HI waiting list is about a year long so I am yet to receive 'the email' about having mine made. So in the mean time I've tried to collect a few glass pieces that I hope will complement it. My fiancé just sent me a picture of my latest parcel waiting for me at home. Now I just have to get through the rest of the work day....

I'm holding out for a side car gb-187 so I really hope Maarte can come through for us!

Still waiting on my previous order with the 8" inline and D020. Couldn't resist myself and pulled the trigger on the YQ-42 from sunshine for $51 shipped. Decided I "had to" pick up an ashcatcher so I don't pretty up my new bong. Decided to give Kathy a try for the ashcathcher since I haven't ordered from her yet and it was like ~$7 cheaper than sunshine anyways.

this is China we are talking about my friend. best to take everything with a pinch of salt :)

that's why i love nice china glass - it's there to see or it's not, there is no bs and glass cannot be 'contaminated' like food etc

or at least i think it's harder to contaminate glass than food, maybe making myself feel better....

And i know a lot of people like the GB-228 honey/splash-perc turbine wannabe sidecar but i still can't get myself to feel natural looking sideways (and the eye level is not so right hitting it with the Lotus) so i'll have to try my luck with this GB-229 instead.

and is this GB-214-S a new one? there's also a similar GB-214-D and i remember Kathy had a similar 2 level tree perc thing that was real pretty but didn't turn out quite well in the practical department. i'd like to take a chance on this (my last last piece of china glass, i promise...), any advice?

Yesterday my otherhalf said to me seeing the gunge in my EQ's elbows, you don't get nono of that shit in your lungs do you?...well (talking aloud in my head " not that amount in one go but let's be honest about this, its not pure air either...) so I kinda said" no of course darling that's why I use glass to filter that gunge"... its kinda along the line enough I would have thought :ugh:

Hi guys, I'm new here and I wanted to purchase a new bong from dhgate. Pretty much had my mind set on the "two function 9 Arm percolator and honey comb", but I can't decide to buy it from kathy or sunshinestore. This will be for flowers. Is there a difference? Because they're around the same price.

Welcome! both of those pieces have a LOT of diffusion - you're going to lose a lot of flavor from your flowers.

I personally have had great experience with sunshinestore - I would stick with them. Buy any one of the D020 pieces to start with, you'll be happy with those

Remember, this isn't smoke, you don't want that many bubbles
