Check out the D020-W - fugly mouthpiece, but a very nice piece for the nano (IMO)


Edit - Woot 420'th page of this thread! I love it guys, keep up the hard work finding diamonds in the rough, I would have never had GAS if it weren't for this thread :science:

Maybe it's because I live in Australia? My extra fee is like 11 dollars shipping or something, where as sunshinestore has free shipping.

I'm guessing GonGs have a pretty specific audience, much smaller than the general bubbler crowd. I wouldn't want to get a Solo or Nano gong through DHG. Seems like those Gongs have pretty small tolerances, not much room for error. I've had my Solo GonG for a while now, and don't see needing to replace it anytime soon.

Maybe they just never though of it.

GonGs are probably not going to be popular because of small market, however they need to copy more popular designs, they are on the right track with toro, mobius, hitman and david goldstein, even me saying hydratubes is probably a small market.. Though I still think they'd sell well as an alternative to the $200+ hydratubes.. Though honestly I think Sovereignty is next in line..

IMO, the D020's can is too small for the Nano, so at the moment I'm using a weird little ash catcher type rig that works okay.

He may also tell you the Mary-Jane is a carpenter's cup or some such:lol:, but @ataxian is still a zen garden surfer and he recommends the D022 from sunshinestore. That's what I plonked my hard-earned down on tonight:nod:

I know it's not mentioned in this thread that much but I love my magic flight orbiter for the nano. It's a good size and doesn't stress my lungs but I get great, cool hits that really do the trick.

I know the whip isn't great for flavor but I don't find much of a difference. I also use my infamous mouthpiece with it who I want full flavor.

Not to mention if you buy it this year you get a life long warrenty. IMO that is a total winner when buying glass.

It looks like the end of the inline perc is open. Is this a bad thing?

If the end of the inline is open, the slits may not fire as well as if the end were closed or even just the opening in the end being reduced considerably.

if u REALLY just dislike the DO20 or think its too small, u should get this one! if i woulda known the diff back then, i woulda picked this 1 bc it stacks BEAUTIFULLY w a matrix perc! but i LOVE ,y DO20 for the reason i like LIGHT diffusion w my dab rigs! this 1 wasnt even around yet..

Borderline posting this fobius I guess, but I searched around and never have seen the stereo matrix produced in that color...so IMO it's a knockoff not a counterfeit... Perhaps we'll see the 187 in blue as well? Think folks would like that. Guess it's worth keeping an eye on this store if you're looking

In terms of sellers, I prefer sunshine. But I prefer clear glass to the blue or green, so I would probably get mine with ying and pocket the cool 80 cents. :)

Also, can someone explain to me the difference between knockoff and counterfeit?

Based on the color. I don't believe Mobius produces those like that....do they?

Same as Roor not making the 187 or the faktrix etc...Just my opinion, like I said, it's borderline in context with the rules. Not making an ethical judgment here, just trying to post up a wanted piece and follow the rules of the board.
