Yes, all I did to the stock coil was spread a little so it’s tightAre you using it completely new and stock coil from New Vape?, sounds odd

What’s your ABV color?Yes, all I did to the stock coil was spread a little so it’s tight
I agree I need to check the seal on the shovelheadAlso, the idea that nothing changes with a really slow or really fast draw speed. That doesn't make any sense to me. If all other things are correct, then there is no way that a drastic change in draw speed wouldn't change the vapor that you are getting. That's why my brain leans toward an air leak, or something like that.
It seems to me that even if the PID wasn't holding the temp as high as it's set at then there would still be a change in vapor density between a slow and fast draw. That makes me think that the draw of air that actually passes through the bowl is staying about the same, which would only happen if there was an air leak that was causing the change in lung-pull speed to not change the speed of air that actually goes through the bowl nearly as much.
I recognize that I'm no expert, and I could be completely wrong. But that is what it sounds like to me.
I'm pretty sure you'll be happy I've had a V-Rod forever and I don't dab anymore either, got a b1 recently and absolutely love it. It gives me great, thick not too hot cloudy vapor without having to use a carb cap that's a major plus for me.I guess its time to get some balls, the Vrod is too airy without the cap on. I don't
dab, so its only reasonable that I nut up and B1. Vgoodiez here I come.

?If the Vrod is too "airy" I'd stay the hell away from the B1 lol
?
He said:

Which I agree with.
Why avoid the b1 which provides resistance without the cap?
I'm confused by your statement.
ImoB1 has almost no resistance though. Airflow is wide open. If a Vrod without the carb cap has too much airflow then I don't think the B1 is for him.
Unless I'm totally misunderstanding what he means by "airy."
Imo
The b1 has more resistance than the vrod with no cap. One of the key reasons I got the b1. Improvement on the resistance without a cap and lower temperatures. Went from 625 to 585.
For airy free flow try the vapbong. Now that is airy (bit lovely).
I've had both and I disagree.I guess we'll have to disagree then. B2 has much more resistance. B1 airflow is wide open in comparison.
I've had both and I disagree.
So your saying the B2 and or vrod with no cap has more resistance than a non capped b1?
The b1 has more resistance than an uncapped B2 or vrod In my experience. Else what's the point?
I'm not looking at the b1 screen and saying it has more resistance than the B2/vrod.That's exactly what I'm saying and I own both. Have the Vrod still also.
You can't seriously look at the B1 Nut and tell me it has more airflow resistance than the B2/Vrod top. It's nothing but a screen. Combine that with the wide open screen diffuser and the airflow is wide wide wide open on the B1.
What's the point? I dunno... Am I taking crazy pills?
So you're saying a B1 with 3mm rubies has more airflow resistance than an uncapped B2 with the same 3mm rubies?I'm not looking at the b1 screen and saying it has more resistance than the B2/vrod.
I'm saying a b1 stuffed with 3mm rubies has more resistance than a non capped B2 or vrod.
Having gone from a capped vrod to B2 capped to b1 non capped I'm happy with my progression and would advise anyone considering to do the same.
So you're saying a B1 with 3mm rubies has more airflow resistance than an uncapped B2 with the same 3mm rubies?
Cause that's crazy
It is your original statement that he should stay away from the b1 that I was challenging. The b1 is designed to use the 3 mm ballls. Vrod is not. B2 is.If the Vrod is too "airy" I'd stay the hell away from the B1 lol
I never said he should stay away from the Vrod. But he probably should since he thought it was too airy, it's discontinued and the ballers are a big upgrade anyway. It is your original statement that he should stay away from the vrod that I was challenging. Anyway I've made my point as have you. We can all have differing opinions even when 'crazy' or not but thanks for your critique in my mental health
You said stay away from the b1, my apologies.I never said he should stay away from the Vrod. But he probably should since he thought it was too airy, it's discontinued and the ballers are a big upgrade anyway.
And this isn't an opinion based thing. It's kind of factual that the B2 has more airflow restriction than the B1.
You said stay away from the b1, my apologies.
Anyway I'm out.
Once someone starts quoting 'facts' and questions my sanity I know it's over for me.
Have a good one.
You did but I'm not taking offence. It's good to discuss these things and I have no issue with us having a different opinion. So you're saying....
Cause that's crazy.
