I hadn’t gone above 700F, after having NV FP heads, since 4/20/18.
At 700F plus, you should be getting clouds indeed.
At 666F, I’m pretty close to charring flower, if I go too slow in my inhaling.
Sometimes, If I inhale too slow, the glass bowl, in my case, makes it close risky to combustion.
Ti bowl, is wider, and more forgiving.
Less conductive, as it takes longer than the glass bowl, to heat soak.
Water rigs being used, can affect in some ways, NV FP performance too.
Stay vaped.
Are you running the shower head or weed eater? I find the WE needs to run higher. At 660-680 I get a terp flavor but no visible vapor or much darkening of the material
That's like a perfect setup. One day lolPleasure Castle

...use the weedeater @ 665-670...I use lolli carb cap..titanium bucket...no combustion at all.
Yes, Chris....great job, great idea. Can't tell you how many "how do I configure NV product X" posts we get. This would be very helpful, I believe.Morning!
Do you guys feel this would be useful for a newb?
Always trying to simplify how to understand the FP, guess this is my latest attempt.

Oh, and while I don't have a WE, I do have a SH and I always cap my flower loads. The physics are the physics.
Did anyone ever tell you you're full of cap?I was an avid flower capping fan back in my SH days
What's a push slide???I hate hearing about carb capping WeedEaters, it goes against the entire design philosophy I came up with. That said, I was never sent one to actually test so
Like I've said numerous times since the Showerhead - a simple reduction in bore diameter of the heat exchanger would likely fix all of this carb cap nonsense. Properly configured, the airflow should near perfectly match that of a packed push slide.

Again, I don't find capping to be nonsense at all and again, the physics are the physics.
Ah, I know what a slide is....but never heard it called a push slide before. I'm old...I remember using a lot of glued together pexiglass bongs with fixed downstems and bowls. Yuck! hahaA removable bowl made popular with bong users, a follow up to the original grommet bowl or fixed bowl-downstem combos. Slide signifying it's removable, as many of the originals were not.
There's nothing a carb cap is adding that can't be accomplished by simply reducing the bore of the heat exchanger inlets. The goal going all the way back to my original emails for a flower only device with the compact form factor of the VROD was to K.I.S.S.
The WeedEater was conceived as the closest device yet to mimic usage among bong smokers. Carb caps store too much heat and complicate the process for those new to vapor, as well as add to the cost; all things I purposely was trying to avoid with the WE design, especially since all other Flowerpots already have such options regardless.
