I received our USA made double weave titanium screens today and will be adding them to the site tomorrow.
They will be $6.50 and will include an individual material certificate.
We have began including a free beamer titanium screen with each body.
I've been putting the 2 piece adjust-bowl thru it's paces and have been thrilled with it's non stick performance. It's heavier than the standard bowl but doesn't stick. I've tried a host of various rigs 14 and 18 and have had none stick. I believe over time this design will prove safe for not requiring adapters or drop downs.
Bradley Miller emailed me today and said he's working on the glass bowl. I'm excited to see the first one. He has a complete working flowerpot to aid in his development.
The 5" round bowler stand has been modified and optimized to accept the new showercap and all bodies. This new design was FC inspired by a member of this feed. I'd like to add a FC logo if anyone has one.
The adjustable female bowl with down stem is currently under development.
We've purchase a new module for our magento e-store to address pending orders (orders that didn't quite meet the security parameters). Supposedly it will test the cc info and report back instantly to the customer if security settings are met. This will happen automatically prior to submitting the order.
I apologize for the ordeal today surrounding a customer support issue. I'll be the first to admit I'm a better machinist than customer support rep. Not following the proper support protocol was my fault. I got behind on PM while traveling for the past 2 weeks. So, first few days of using the double weave Ti screens and they are something else. Obviously, these difference are minor but Im noticing them.
A full load, consumed slowly throughout the last 4 or 5 hours... the top of the load is dry and spent, the bottom of the load is sticky and feels like the oils have soaked down thru the flower and started collecting in the bottom of the load. The screen is still completely clear.
And the hits just keep coming.
I never thought a simple screen would be so noticeable.
I commend @NewVape710 for pursuing these as stock for the flowerpot, and continuing to 'up his game' at every opportunity. I'm enjoying every step of this thread and the NV developments

Maybe because I stir the bowls to ensure everything is extracted and the abv therefore falls out effortlessly, although, is the debowler spike pointless for others as it is for me?
I would love to see an option to buy a screw-in adapter for it to hold 14/18mm bowls. May just be me though

I have a tendency to stir like fuck, even tho I know its not necessary
(i always get a little puddle of dust in my drop down reclaim jar with normal screens, still checking the double weave to see if they allow anything at all thru)... but I still LOVE the debowler, after assuming I would never use it at all Yeah, a bowl holder would be a good addition. I forget who it is that made that wonderful block of wood FP stand? The bowl holder they built into it was pretty ingenious.
A full bowl tamped down and vaped hard will be a well formed puck as the herb condenses downard. I can usually get it out with a tap against the mason jar but I've had to brush off the screen afterwards as well.

I chop mine down to about 4", put a little length of silicon tubing in the center for a civilized handle, and stack it on the stand with my other most-used tools.
I even use it to stir bowls and clean my grinders too!

Continuing to sample 670F, still almost seems a bit too high for a full bowl. This session I decided to go for some freshies. I dont have it down to 1 hit yet, seems you really only need a small amount of material to get a single dense hit. 3 micro doses seems to be doing well. I sit and stare at this herb and think how quickly I could make it all go away! 
Something else I've noticed which is starting to lead me to the path of doing half bowls as a max. When a full bowl is vaped down to no more visible vapor, and the puck is examined, the top half of the puck is considerably darker than the bottom half. This makes sense as the top half is insulating the bottom half. When I tested and stirred one of these bowls, there was still no visible vapor, so that leads me to conclude that the top portion of the herb is spent about halfway through the bowl and just keeps cooking providing no real benefit. This seems to be one of the benefits of a conduction vape, you really dont see any difference in color except perhaps at the very top where material may not make good contact with the oven.
These lil brushes are pretty handy to clean the screen and around the inner lip in the FP. Got some with my crafty but they're cheap.

At those controller/coil temps, the bowl is going to be receiving some radiant heat from the moment the head is put on the bowl. Also, IMHO, if you're tamping the bowl down to a puck, its going to be harder for the air to get thru the load and instead it will take the path of least resistance, potentially adding to the uneven toasting.

False alarm @emmdeemo ! We are all working towards FP enlightenment and truely I feel honored to share a virtual vape room with everyone here. What you say makes sense. The grind is pretty fine so I assume there's not much resistance in the load except the top half has the least amount of heat resistance being that it has no insulation above it.

@steama My first try with the oil pad has been VERY underwhelming to say the least. If i'd had that dab on a small layer of flower, that would still be going strong. I've a feeling its going to take some decent controller temps to get that damn pad up to temp to deliver.
However, I think if the oil pad were half the thickness, it might be just about right. I think maybe two or three of those double weave Ti screens would probably do the trick and hold one or two dabs.
Gonna try upping the temps.
I also think, as per my previous post about airflow, I dont think the air is really going thru the pad so much as rushing around it. Considering the thickness of the pad, I cant see it being very efficient in terms of airflow. I think at higher temps its more likely to get a result due to radiant heat and therefore conduction rather than it being a pure convection hit. Hang on, is radiant heat convection? I've confused myself into a corner, a very high corner.
Def gonna invest in a few more double weave Ti screens once NV gets stock in.
EDIT: Confirmed. Upping controller to 700f is producing vapour off the oil pad, still more underwhelming than if I'd put the dab on a thin bed of flower at 560f tho. Fuck, these whispy crap clouds taste lovely tho, and they've cut through the flower fog I was in. Can def feel it!
EDIT 2: Heading up to 800f. This is like pulling teeth! Next dab I'm smearing on this Ti screen like a fucking tiny blob of marmalade on some uber thin toast! Bastard thing!
Flavour is AMAZING on the hits I am getting tho. Really sweet.EDIT 3: Lets try this again. Similar size dab, but just spread all over the screen. A seasonal 666f on the controller -

I'm vaping whole nug chunks and afterwards you can see a field of trichome stalks with their bulbous resin heads all gone, as if they just vaporized into thin air or something.

Great thinking with the Ti double weave screens. I have two but am going to get 1 or 2 more from New Vape. It looks like that would work great for concentrates.
Yeah, that worked damn well. Checked the bowl under the screen, scraped the main channel, minimal reclaim. I'd say that vaped off pretty well
Still minimal clouds tho, and multiple hits, higher temps needed for me. Down in one convection dabs sound fun Sweet! Thank you @emmdeemo for all of the info you share with us. It makes a huge difference.
Its an arduous, dirty job, but someones gotta do it

I'm sad to say that I also have bad experiences from NewVape's customer support. I sent a dozen of emails and only got a few replies when I stated that they ignored me several times already. And then I sent a list of my order (with the old Showerhead Cap), and they said it all looks good. When I then started reading this thread and realized there was a new one, I instantly sent an email to sales and Edwin, but I got no reply. I sent another reminder and asked them to update my order before shipping, I got no reply. Then I noticed they were writing in this thread, so I tried to contact them privately at FC, but I got no reply, and now my order is shipped.
I have not yet tried the NVFP, but I've heard so many good things about it, I just wish the customer support would be better.

Do you break the nugs up after a few hits? Reason I ask, I really liked the flavor and how long the chunky bowl lasts although I did not care for attempting to break the nugs up after the vapor is starting to diminish.My head is full of that fresh piney aroma and it's wonderful and powerful from vaping nugs whole. Vaping nugs is so nice I am considering going with a rough scissor cut as my main grind for my Shower Head. Amazingly tasty.
