Thanks for the reply. This is what I thought also until I got to the checkout page and read the T&C. Also, when I apply the FC code, it shows "-$20.00", but nothing gets subtracted from the total.

This is part of the Terms & Condition at the checkout page:

Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EC then the selling price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
I think they are basically saying the price will be transacted in pounds sterling (£) once converted, but I'm sure Eric will pop in here soon to clarify.

Hey Guys Yes sorry about that. Its a Terms and Conditions page that came stock with the theme we are using. We are working on finding out where to edit this at. Sorry for the confusion. Everything is for sure charged in USD. As for the Coupon code not discounting is anyone else experiencing this issue? it seems to be working on our end.

I'm seeing the same discount code error that @shaolinmilk described.

FUCK CANCER TOO !
I think a battery indicator on the CF is a must. Just last night I was trying to figure out how full the charge was and really wanted it to be able to tell me. All it needs to do is flash the level when I turn it on.

For what it's worth, I did read in the CF user manual that, "Low battery level will be indicated with all 5 LEDs flashing 6 times repeatedly." pg. 13

I found that when all 6 of my lights or 5 lights started blinking it was too late..the battery was dead..that indicates it needed to be charged.

Hmmmmm....so you're thinking then the unit is well below a 20% charge by the time the LEDs flash?

If so, that's not really too helpful for maximizing battery life, is it?

Was originally put off by the convection/conduction issue, in an industry that seems ripe with "tricky" company's. Seems the customer service has come back in leaps and bounds, I'd now feel comfortable buying from this company from what I have seen in this thread. Didn't think I'd be buying a large bowl session conduction portable again ever, but those milk shots I just can ignore. I have a feeling this could be a must have "dumb" vape for uneducated combusters that don't know no better! Which is what's what's put it at number 3 on my want list (one already paid for, so it's second in the saving department!)

I forgot how well my HA does with big load sessions, but it's restricted by a cord, and while seemingly very effective I dont as dense visual feed bag as I do with other vapes, which is key in combustion conversion. Anyone know how the CFX compares cloud wise to a Herbalaire?
I have to factor in the quality of MJ in the states vs me in Aus, but from the video it seems they get much denser hits!
Also anyone able to compare it to the Evo? I have almost bought one a few times, but the glass, and price have turned me off, group Vaporbonging sessions for me usually happen on the weekend, when things get broken. Could anyone with both comment in terms of visual Vapor output, is the CFX at all compareable to the Evo or is it a case of apples and oranges?

apples to oranges , Its a awesome portable vape but desktops usually have more power at tap , they also both have a bit more of free flowing airflow. I would say there is no comparison between them. Also allot of people comparing this vape to the mighty , I happen to own both and think they are uncomparable in almost every way except look wise.

Thank you! Maybe I was trying to cheap it, but I am still fearful of dumb mates breaking an Evo!
Will keep watching this thread all the same, interest to see when the WPA start being sent with units.

YW, I believe they were trying to get the wpa's out before 4/20 and if not they stated shortly after. You'll like the cfx , it happens to be a nice a inexpensive portable. The Evo is also pretty tough for a desktop and you can use it with a whip which will ease your mind on breakage since your not really handling the evo so much. The evo and cfx would compliment each other very well.

Apples and Oranges again I am sure, but would you say you like the CFX more than the FW3? I do see you have retired your FW3 and wasn't sure how you would compare the two units. Perhaps you could shed some light on the features of the CFX that might make you like it more if that is the case.

I like the cfx allot more than my firewood 3 I had got rid of but that's not to say one is better than the other. Certain vapes will suit peoples needs differently , for me the fw3 was starting to be a pain as the small capsule system got dirty very quickly on me and cleaning was becoming a pain in my ass. I also could never get rid of that wood taste completely and I just did not like the taste at all. I had many many sessions with it and still every pull just had a taste to it that I did not like. I did like that it heated up quickly and did not require using allot of material in it but it also will not take a large amount of material either. The craftsmanship was nice but I like the cfx better bc it taste very nice nice to me , it is simple to clean and it also heats up very quickly. They both have a vibration feature which is a nice touch and the fw3 is thinner in its size. Another plus with the cfx I prefer is it doesn't use a glass capsule system and glass can always break on you , especially portable glass you are always taking out with you.

First bowl on the CFX.

Definitely jumping on the CFX hype train! At first I was skeptical that it would handle small loads but i'm glad I proved myself wrong. I shit you not I put in 0.08g and the level of extraction at 380 was a perfect and even light/med brown. The first rip was full flavor, it reminded me of my FW3/Underdog. After that this thing put out huge clouds with good flavor. As many people have stated this isn't a full convection vaporizer (mainly conduction+some convection) but I can see it having some convection properties. The taste was great consistently throughout the whole load. The load lasted 8-10 huge rips staggered between two short sessions. I'm sure I could have bumped up the temp and got more out of it but I really just wanted a good ratio between flavor and vapor. I really love the airflow on this thing, I was concerned that it would be tight like the air, but the CFX has a nice balance between air flow and restriction.

So I ordered this on the 6th and I thought these new arrivals would have the updated box. Sadly the box still says its a full convection device. The product manual inside needs to be updated. It still says that the battery warranty is only 90 days and the warranty for the actual device says it's 1 year.

Beyond the little quirks with packaging and the manual I still really like this product and would highly recommend it to people. At the cost of $159 with the FC code its a no brainer. I'm thinking about ordering the CF for a full stealthy option. The LCD of the CFX is quite bright at night, I wish there was an option to dim it or have it automatically shut off after a certain amount of seconds after it heats up to the initial temp. Then when touching the temp buttons to bump it up it would automatically turn back on. I think if Boundless can do that, that would make the CFX even better. *this could also prolong the battery life. One more thing that I would add is that I wish the top closed in both directions. Right now the top/mouthpiece needs to be pushed away from the front and it opens up.

Since this was based on my first bowl I think the only real test now is the test of time. Will it last? With their awesome products, great customer service and 2 year warranty I think it's fair to say Boundless Vapes is going to be around for a long time.

:peace:

Edit: Crappy pics but I thought maybe some of you would want to see the abv.

Since I also preground my bud and keep it in a pill container it fixes the tiny issue of loading it.

My container is kind of big and I think a smaller plastic vial would be great for keeping the whole package small. I ordered these http://www.amazon.com/Conical-Botto...&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00 and someone from the dynvap thread said it could fit almost a gram. So I guess one could prepack the bowl of the CFX and have one or a few of those vials handy for a quick refill.

Just remember this vape appear extremely versatile. Big loads. Small loads. Doesn't matter and a tight pack appears not required. So in a way you could micro dose on a .1 in the bowl if you really wanted to. Yes clouds would not be as much.
