Gentle Friends,
Here's my suggestion for a battery pack to recharge your Solo 'in the field'. It's based on the power packs the fancy LED lighting guys use for portable gigs. This particular version will also recharge Air and similar stuff through it's USB port, like a standard 'power bank':
The thing in the lower right corner is the charger for it (special, don't loose it, it's not a normal 12 Volt 'wall wart'). It's 100 to 240 VAC so all you might need is a mechanical adapter for the socket? You'd plug it's connector into the female connector on the cable above it. In use (recharging the Solo) you don't have it plugged in of course. Although you could have if you want, 'charge while using' is not a sin here (unlike with Solo itself). The charger and cable come with the battery pack.
Buying from Amazon you have choices WRT capacity. I got the 6000 mAh version, the middle one:

However, you can also get a 'half capacity' version:

Or a 'twice as big' version (and even one between that and the one I got.....):

"Under the hood" (or bonnet for the Brits?) this is what you find:
Notice there are really 3 pairs of (protected) 18650s in series inside to make the '12 Volts'. The half size would be 3 single cells in series for the same 12 Volt battery. The twice capacity would have 3 series groups of 4 in parallel, the intermediate 3 to a set. I opted to the 'pairs at a time' configuration since a single cell failure generally doesn't kill the pack (only reduces capacity), unlike the cheaper one. Your call there. Nothing much else inside, I got a version with a USB output (they don't all) so I could use it for other things (like Air.....).
Which brings us to adapters. We have to get from the Industry Standard for 12VDC (as on the battery pack) to the 'oddball' size Arizer used, and in fact is using outside it's approved voltage range! What we're doing here drives the 'alphabet soup' guys nuts. Love it. As I see it we have options here
We also need to deal with the connector issue, there are a couple of options here I think:
Both can also be ordered from Amazon:

There are other, sources and similar products of course, but those two I've checked out/tested/used. The longer one is more frail. Pipes reports failures. Although I personally haven't seen one, I have no doubt they could be easily killed. I therefore recommend the smaller version. For very little money more you can have more than you'll ever need or really want. Give some to friends, stash emergency ones around, tape one to the battery pack 'just in case' and you'll still have a few to hang on the Christmas tree....
And, of course, there's the USB port. With the right cable you can recharge Air, FMs, e-cig stuff, phones, MP3 players and all that fun stuff.
A complete charge takes 'overnight', it's a big battery. That charger is important, don't substitute, a mistake here could overload the protection in one or more of the cells killing it, or not completely charge on the other end. I got 4 full recharges, with a bit left. I expect the smaller one would give at least one to anyone, and two to those of us who don't run the Solo until it drops dead making vapor before recharging.
So, there you go. Hits my personal 'gates'. Useful, dependable (I hope......), 'no tools needed', easy to order all the parts (from one place in this case) and under fifty dollars (again, a personal goal).
OK, the Solo is charged again. I've been using two in rotation. Do you realize how hard it is to discharge a Solo just so you can charge it up again? That's a lot of stems, friends and neighbors, lots of stems......
Regards and Sunday best wishes to all. I hope this helps (or at least amuses) you on your journey to the ultimate vape and true enlightenment. See you there.
