I received my Arizer Solo a few days ago and while I love the product and at first it worked flawlessly, as of last night it seems the heating chamber just doesn't stay warm after a bit of use. I can get a few good hits out of it at first but quickly it just drops off and leaves 3/4ths of the bowl green and untouched. I've contacted Toronto Vaporizers and Arizer, and while Toronto Vaporizers has been less than helpful I'm still waiting for a proper response from Arizer.

Has anyone had this issue with their unit before? It's been pretty aggravating to say the least but the Solo is phenomenal otherwise.

Never had that problem with my Solo. Doesn't sound like it's a timer or technique issue based on your description. If it's not giving you at least 12 minutes of full temp levels 1-7, and your ABV is coming out green w/little brown, NOT WORKING.

Hey guys ... I finally got on the Solo train! Unfortunately my first experience is a less than great one as my Solo is one of the defective M1C1 units

Luckily the eBay seller I bought it from honors the warranty so we are getting it sorted out.

In the mean time I thought I'd show off some pics of my custom blackwood WonG that @Ed's TnT made for me ...


Sorry about the crappy pics ... it's cloudy today so I had to turn the flash on. The stem looks better in person imo but as you can see it has some coffee/chocolate colored streaks through it. She's purdy and the wood/ss is right up my alley. I was hitting it dry last night on level 7 with no problem but I don't know if that will be the case once I get a replacement Solo because the abv was only coming out tan/light brown and the heating is super finicky.

Anyway, thanks for all the useful info over the last few weeks ... hopefully I get a replacement unit soon!

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the boring questions, but I'm going to pick up a Solo from an authorized dealer and before I leap I thought I'd look:
1) I have heard some discouraging words about the M1C1. Should I ask the vendor about what they've got in stock and try to avoid that version?
2) I have bought a number of things from VW in FLA and have had good experiences--but I thought I might pick up the Solo from PV. I know that many people have purchased from them and they have a solid reputation. Are there any issues or delays having something shipped across the border to the US?

Thanks! As always, I appreciate this forum immensely.

The only shipping delays are in there direction not from Ca to USA. Personally to be safe I would ask not to get a m1c1 or anything with a c at this point. This is such a smile slice of the pie here on fc especially with the solo but I would rather be safe then sorry JMHO.

I ordered a solo from ebay on the 8th, still hasn't shipped (according to the tracking number) i'm getting anxious over here. I guess that's what i get for ordering from the cheapest BIN on ebay, although the listing said estimated delivery 3-5 days im not expecting it this week either at this rate.

Hey folks. Anyone know if order confirmations from planetvape are supposed to include a tracking number? Hopefully they sent it out, and it's not a m1c1 :(

Arizer is going to take a look at my unit which is progress at least. They're not convinced there's an issue with it, but I'm certain they'll agree that it's not performing properly once they get their hands on it.

Hopefully I'll at some point soon be able to put a solo to good use! I'm anxious to get all this resolved.

Love when I drop something off at P.O. at 11am(well within time to be shipped out that day), pay the extra for overnight delivery, then see that it hasn't been delivered. SMMFH. However it seems I may get a refund due to it being late. Then Canada Post wonder why business is declining.

Sucks because now I probably won't get solo back until next week, when I sent it overnight so I would have replacement by Friday. My lungs already feel like shit from blazing :(

I just want to say that anyone who operates machinery shouldn't operate machinery whilst vaping a solo. This is my first vapour and i did not expect this at all.It took about 10 mins to hit me and I can honestly say I'm very vaped.This thing is evilly good.

Hello all. When I first goth solo it was producing me some very big vapor clouds. Then somehow I got water in it from vaporizing in a cup. Well every time I use it now all I get is wispy clouds on temp 7. These are the possibility a I think could of happened.i have the 4 hole stem. Don't get me wrong I'm still feeling pretty good after using it but nothing above what I was getting with the mflb.

The water messed up the heating element.

The inside bowl is brown from weed with the water.

I'm using a screen and it's like right on the holes. Could they be blocking vapor?

The first time I used it when I got good vapor I had no screen.

I could just not be hitting it right. Also the weed Is always fully cooked to a nice brown. Any help would be appreciated .

ok
i got my solo for a week now.its the latest model .i use my solo with the stock stem with a dome screen.i mostly use my solo between 3or 4 power setting.i get thick tasty vapor for the full time cycle.my abv never gets past a tan colour,is this normal.even running the bowl twice the colour is around the same shade of tan.the vapor and taste is lesser on the second cycle.i think my unit is running welll.i find the solo is very smooth compare to my other vapes.which i like alot .no more coughing up a lung.
