I realize some members are more sensitive in regards to this issue .
So I can only offer you words of positivity and that it will go away ....
Give it a couple of more days , do the used ABV trick ,clean with iso .
If it still bothers you , by all means , contact PIU or Arizer .
But they will send you a brand new one and you will have to go thru the same burn off
procedures again ...
Getting back to the sensitivity issue .
Have you had this problem with other vapes before ?
This is my first vape, so no.
I'll give it a couple days... the used ABV trick sounds like it'll just cover up the taste, I want to make sure it's gone... the smell does seem to be dissipating, so we'll see.

TBH mine still smelled a bit the first time I used it and it had little/no effect on taste. By the time that first stem was cooked the odor was gone completely. I only ran it 3 times for burn in then ran out of patience. I'd say just keep running it until you're comfortable that it's safe. Most vapes come like this so like poon said if you get another you'd have to go through the same process again with the replacement.

If you run the Solo on 7 just sitting there you will smell the bowl heating up,and taste it through the stem
I was the same as you, I went as far as taking it apart and wiping the whole thing down with an damp iso cloth.
Just use it it'll dissipate,you'll see.
I dont even go to 7, I heat to 6,drop to 5 then finish at 6 again.

Just got a PA from PlanetVape and it is amazing!
It heats up faster and maintains temp a lot better
and just when I thought my solo couldn't get any better

I was going to get one of those cases but they have the name vapecase in visible white lettering on the outside. I also don't think a PA would fit.

Yes however, doesn't it still (power adapter) "abuse" the battery hence if you use the PA your battery wont last longer...
Its true its great at home, but I almost always need 1 bowl for 2 hours of so ... so I always able to recharge it fully before using it again...however going to a coffeeshop or having a really long session - this would be perfect...it is the perfect add-on for an Amsterdam trip for instance....

hehe I meant that I do one bowl in 2 hours...but I do even less...I try to maintain my weed since its so expensive here...usually I do 0.4.-0.5 g a day... so I divide my usage...
