Hi everybody, been a minute since I read this thread!
I haven't used my Solo in quite a while, for some reason it just wasn't performing as well as it used to so it sat on the shelf collecting dust.
Brought it with me for my trip out in the wilderness, and I have fallen in love with it all over again, the taste and the clouds are nothing short of amazing!

My favorite Solo-sesh so far, in the middle of nowhere watching a herd of reindeers:D:

1) When I first use the airizer, do I have to charge it till full before first use or can I use it while plugged in and charging for the first time?
2) Do any of you think in your humble opinions, that vaping wouldn't reactive my gum disease nor cause the dental implants to fail if I use the vape a little while after they're put in?

I hate to say it, but you probably shouldn't use your new vaporizer natively during the early parts of your recovery. Suction of any kind can be dangerous, and the Solo requires a very decent amount. You should avoid drinking through a straw and anything else with similar physical demands. If the gods are against you then you could develop dry sockets, which are supposed to be like child birth and would complicate your healing greatly.

You could make a gravity set up like the Vapecritic does here:
or make a vapor lung however, or use a bag blower vaporizer. This way you can imbibe with almost zero suction. If you have a loved one you're intimate with they could maybe just shotgun you? Romantic.

A friend's lending of his volcano to me when I had my wisdom teeth out is what cemented my vapor conversion. I really hope your surgery goes well and you recover quickly.

So i recently ordered and received an arizer air stem, the one with the black mouth tip.

My goodness. I love this little thing. The air flow is spot on and i get big clouds. and... It just feels right.
The vapor is a little hot at around 5 and up tho, but i always have my solo at 2-4 now.
I would say it adds to a little more discreetness too.

Check those out! I recommend them

That's one of the nice things about the Solo, there's all kinds of set up that work really well. It is a versatile vaporizer that works with a lot of different pieces. It's fun buying accessories. Planetvape has a lot of different glass accessories for the Solo and the Air. If not too expensive for you buy 2 of whatever you decide to buy - they break unfortunately and it's expensive to ship.

I will be getting a wooden piece for the Solo in a week or so from Ed. It maybe sent at the beginning of the week. Ed can take as long as he needs. Check out @Ed's TnT thread.

I broke my air stem.
I'm using the VORTEX stem with PARIS OG.
l love iT!

BTW, does anyone know where to get O Rings that would help make the stems fit really snug???
I have these that came with the PVHES, but it's still a little too loose for my liking when the unit heats up.

Nearly everyone sells these. Got some from Puffitup through Ebay becuase im in the EU.

I don't think such a thing exists, at least not a safe one. That's not the intent of the o-ring mod. The intent is to grip the stem enough so the bent stem doesn't rotate. Clamping down on the ring hard enough to more firmly grip the stem is almost surely going to eventually break the tabs on the bottom of the unit. Many of us have done this (broken tabs) with ill fitted rings.

I'm glad you like the Air stems as WT adapters as well (so do I), but think you're on the wrong track with using a 'tighter' ring.

One man's strange is another guy's 'hidden feature'. When it's on and running normally hold the left button down for a few seconds. It should either beep (to turn on) or do nothing (to be silent???). The other button recalls the last heat level you used. Shutdown on step 4 and pushing the right button jumps to there.

I'm p sure this has already been discussed before but does the build up in the stems vaporize every time I have a session?

I was using a clean stem for a while when I decided to use the ol' bent neck


I have some aight ganja right now and I don't really dig the high that it gives me but this stem has got me feeling pretty.. :razz:

I think it depends on the amount built up and the length of time you have it heated.
What I found, which gives an added bonus every few bowls, is to do a normal sess until the timer stops. Wait a couple minutes while the unit sits right side up, go for a high level session and it seems to go forever... This is due to this resin reloading the partial ABV.

I always wanted to try the lollipops, just curious how that even works. Anyone have any experience with those? Not like the caramel types but the hard candy types

i use the cocoa method, good screens mean it is pretty much just honey and a yummy cocoa is had by all
