I was thinking the same thing about not cheating. The last thing I want to worry about is to have to replace the battery.
That really sucks that the PA no longer runs new units. Isn't it odd that there is no mention of this on Arizer's site, or did I just miss it?
Excellent perspective. Swap a few more hours waiting and get back many more happy, worry free, hours later enjoying your Solo. Small price to pay, IMO. Peace of mind has real value IMO.
I agree with you, the PA feature was nice. I'm very glad both mine have it, I use it often. I get that they aren't making a big deal about it, after all 'use while charging' is now a FEATURE.....one we asked for. This is the price of that feature. Another data point in the eternal 'be careful what you ask for' discussion?
Anyway, soon probation will be over and the celebration will begin in earnest.
Remember, you need to 'put down' blazing completely for a week or two at least to get the junk out of your system, lungs and perception of what it takes to get stoned. That last part is the hardest for many, experince has linked the toxic crap in smoke with THC in your mind, it needs to learn that you don't have to stick your face in the campfire to get off.
That's when you can really start saving money, savoring your herb, and living longer......
Best regards,
i just got my ed's grandillo a week ago and i experience the same issues/traits of the metal bowl compared to the glass bowl.
the grandillo stem has amazing taste, looks great and won't break if you drop it, but in my case the trade off is smaller clouds and longer sessions required to clear the whole bowl.
As a former boss was fond of saying, "life is a compromise, you may have less hair to comb but you now have more forehead to wash".
