There was so much bubble wrap on the thing and every accessory.
So because of you they take so much caution?
The D020 is the one on the right. ($28)

Depends on the person?
D020 = Nice and small = little drag
D022 = 30% (guessing?) taller! A bit smoother!

Good luck in the journey, but IMO it's really pretty hard to go too far wrong from here. Unless you get into glass recycling like Ataxian does. Think what we could do there if we saved all the stuff he breaks in say a year, recycle it all at once.......

@lwien I have many vaporizers however the SOLO is my replacement to a FAT JOINT!
I paid $300 for my first SOLO over 2 1/2 years ago!
$125 What a Deal!
D022 for Cheap with a SOLO!
This contraption works so why not?
@Dr. Soxhlet started crazy setup's!
Glad the "YODA" Flowers work with this!
The D022 took 2 weeks from when I ordered it!
Kind of long however it was worth it!

@lwien I bought my girlfriends Solo off of massdrop, I was drawn in by the LOW price. It ended up taking about 6- 7 weeks from the end of the drop to get to my door. It was right around the time the newer Solos that can be charged during use came out and I had concerns about it being defective. MD informed me they only had 5 extra's that they could replace it with, none of which were silver (the color I ordered) by the end of the ordeal I would have honestly rather paid the extra 40$ to get it from puffitup because I know they have exemplary customer service and it would have been in my girlfriends hand's 5 weeks earlier.

Thank you thank you! Im sorry to be late im really behind in the fast moving threads. Havent been at the computer much this week. Going to go price hunt converters then i will decide which. I like the idea of not being able to knock it over but the first one you linked is well loves by many and seems quite reliable. I drop stuff and knock it over all the time so i always consider the fragility of anything i buy lol. Glad to know it can work with a solo

So the reclaim stem idea seems to be working, I cleaned the GonG and added a secondary piece of silicone to seal the stem off at the narrow point of the inside of the GonG. I'm wondering if the heat being concentrated on the inside of the stem isn't vaporizing some of the reclaim and not letting it build up.
Anyways there'll be another update in a week or so hopefully.

It's definitive, getting 6 sessions per charge on my 2013 Solo and 9 sessions per charge on my 2014. Had another auto shutdown (sub 1) on blue idle on the 2014. The 2013 does (sub 1) session on blue idle. Another repeatable anomaly on the 2014 model is 2 sessions per LED on #7 and #2.

However until I get my next water piece I use this a lot these days.

That actually sounds pretty normal for a Solo that's seen some miles (which you say the original really hadn't?)..... Still, not really out of the ordinary. I bet a dozen charges from now the new one is off a session or so from that? Too bad we can't swap the batteries themselves, I strongly suspect that would tell the tale.
I wouldn't put too much stock in 'two sessions on level XX', if there are more total sessions than LEDs that has to happen somewhere. Likewise if the total is less (6) in the above case, there has to be a gap. It's called 'granularity' in the trade as I recall.
Thanks again. Be interesting to see how this plays out. If Solo really did get more efficient (use less power to do the same job) that would be exciting indeed. If so, that's definitely a feature worth looking for. IMO very unlikely, which adds a lot to that.
