Any recommendations for a good 4 slot 18650 battery charger?

I'm getting ready to order an Xtar VC4SL, but am confused which USB wall adapter is "better" for this. For example there's a 2.1A one, or also a 18W QC 3.0 one. My question hinges on a basic one related to 18650s/21700s: is it better/safer to charge more slowly (i.e. using the 2.1A; at 2A or below)? I wasn't sure if charging at 3A with the 18W QC adapter, while faster; may ultimately reduce the battery's life span? Or does it not matter with quality batteries such as Molicel, Sony/Murata, etc.?

my battery charger and wall charger is 3amp only for charging a solo battery. this has not hurt mine 3 years using it on 18650s.
2.1a and 2a won't hurt your batts enough that you could determine. i charge mine at 3amp 18w qc 3.0 for single batts and when you put 2 in the charger, it automatically steps down to 2amps and 4 batts goes to 1amp by default
