@PlanetHaze: Sorry for the negativism on my past post, sometimes I have really bad health weeks and my writing definitely reflects that. I wish I could change it, but then again I really wish I didn't even have these health issues to begin with, they suck. Really the only thing I'm unsure about, which is making me pause, is the temp of the vapor. I just don't have any experience with these type of devices, but I did rewatch the Paperclouds vid where he attached the nectar collector, so atleast I have an idea that there are things out there to help.

Back again to share some more fun with the Anvil. Given you don't need to move the device when it's working I figured there was a way to make some sort of "hands free" desktop stand that you could use with a whip or hydrotube.
Here is the result! Which just a proof of concept, definitely way to make it better I was just working with what I had on hand. I was using the straight walled half bowl in this video.

- The heatshields are attached to the body on pre-order units and cannot be removed to change colors.

Does this mean the units after the pre-order will have removable heat shields?? In the future we would like to have the Anvil be compatible with accessory makers. Making the heat shield removable will help with that, but current and foreseeable Anvils will not have removable shields. Full production has already started

Its funny you say this because I just started getting back into my Vapman more in the past few days and that's a great comparison in terms of efficiency.
Don't forget, the Anvil is very durable too, nothing to really break on it. Great for butter fingers!

We won't be dropping the pre-orders on a US Holiday or between Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Machines are busy milling parts required. Here you can see some Anvil Heat Shields right after the machining process. Still lots of work left to do on them, but looking forward to getting these in everyones hands

Only one (public) person on FC has a pre-production unit and has graciously shared their own insights with plenty of videos to back it up.
You have (at least) a week or two before other people will be be able to share their own observations.
