BTW I hate branded products but would take one of your dab mats - when will they come? ;) - as I'm a great fan of octopuses. And yours looks quite nice.

If your ruby is chazzed, your dabbing way too hot. With ruby, i dab about 400F or lower lately. thats the temp on the walls and the floor temp is much lower. If i want to do 2-3 dabs on one torch, then i dab about 440F but you will get some chazz. Buy a IR gun.

I use sapphire for my enails and ruby for torch.

@Grifo I have 30mm bangers in stock in 10mm male joints and have more of the 25s on the way. I have also ordered a bunch of 45 degree stuff to cover that spectrum of bangers also =)

@tepictoton Soo very happy your package arrived!!!! I was worried the post man might of decided he needed some sweet dab gear =P

Still have some 25 and 30mm axial coils left in US and INT. Scoop them while they are around =)

I agree fully with your thoughts and observations. However, I would just like to re-phrase that last statement to:

"It's great to see the love such an EXTREMELY good guy has shown for the community!"

Of course it works both ways, but the energy, warmth and vibrant positivity comes from Shane himself he is supplying it mainline for every one of us and its so nice to see, feel and be a part of.

Looking so forward to receiving my coil and banger. Its already such a cool thing to have coming my way, but so much better for how positive my dealings with Shane make me feel.

I now have rosin! :rockon: And I got my long-unused D020 D out which should suffice for dabs better than the larger FC-UFO.

I dont have a carb cap yet though. Need to visit a bank in town to buy a seperate banger and carb cap from dhgate. Will be weeks though, maybe I can find a cheap carb cap more locally?

I know this sounds cheesy but. You are all the wind in my sails. Knowing I am on the right path has been a big boost and I only want to give the service I dream of getting from companies when I deal with them. Hopefully we can show more companies that solid customer service mixed with some fanatical passion can do more for your company than any sales or aggressive pricing. I am in this for the long haul and want to build solid relationships with my customers. We are all family through the passion we all have for Mary Jane and you can never have enough family in your life =)

Oh i almost forgot i got the new clips in the mail and the work good so far


EDIT: ive been using toilet paper to clean my banger cause i ran out of generic glob mops i bought off of amazon and it works so well. i can use the same piece 3 or 4 times.

Hey guys. Im going into town today to make a bank transfer for my DHgate quartz banger and 25mm carb cap. This will take some time to ship here and my coil and banger from Shane is already in London so I have been looking for a closer alternative but there aren't any options I have found yet which are 25mm.

I found a good-looking directional flow one which didn't specify size I phoned the shop and they confirmed it is only 20 mm but he suggested I look at his UFO carb cap which he said should fit.
So here it is:

Does anybody think this would be any good for my incoming 25 mm opaque banger? It doesn't look like there will be any tilting for directional flow and I don't want to waste money on an item I will never want to use in the future or which won't work very well.

But I've also don't want to be without a carb cap for 3 weeks after my banger gets here.

Edit- just found this one a bit cheaper. Says its is directional, and wider dimensions than 25 mm but maybe this will work?

The only most safe way would be a recommendation of a user who is already using a cheap carb cap on the 710Coils 25mm banger. All the rest is just speculation.

Does it fit? Depends on the diameter of the sphere/protruding lower part.

Does the exact cc that you'll get seal good? Depends on quality of processing of this device - who knows? Tolerances of these parts are too much to know it.

If you don't want to wait longer for Shane's bubble cap just buy a cheap Chinese one with a suited diameter in the hope it might fit with a good sealing. If it shouldn't be perfect it's just good enough to work with the next times until you get one from Shane in a few weeks.

I have 6 carb caps from dhgate. Three are bubble caps and three are directionals. One bubble cap works pretty good - I got it in a combo with a thermal banger a year ago. The other two bubbles don't fit very well and have way too much airflow. None of the directionals were worth even 1/2 of the cheap price. About a month ago I hit up Shooby for some advice on a reasonably priced cap and he turned me on to quartz_pi on IG. For around 30 dollars shipped I got a very nice bubble cap to compliment Shane's opaque banger.

Thanks guys that helps a lot. The cheap 25 mm banger I am going to order from dhgate comes with a carb, so I waa hoping it might work. I did intend to get one from China first but I want it this week now, that is the only reason Im looking at these local options to see if anything is worth a shot.

Thanks for adding that useful perspective @Hogni and advancing my schooling. Makes perfect sense. I would have already ordered from Dhgate except for them not taking HSBC.


So I went to Barclays bank to make the transfer as instructed, (even though I bank with HSBC :hmm:). Beforehand, I went on live chat with Dhgate to confirm, absolutely 100% clear as day... that I HAVE to visit this particular bank IN PERSON to make this transfer.

I can't do it from my own bank? I can't do it online? Which would be so much easier boy!
They said yes I have to go to Barclays bank.

So I did. And they were telling me bulshit I have to make this payment from my own bank and the nice ladies at Barclays see no reason why I cannot do this online. So I'm going to order that tonight, it is thevsame one in @psychonaut 's sig:

I looked at it but it says 24 mm? If I was dead sure this one fits good, I'm impulsive enough to buy it but at $40 plus ship and maybe more, I like the idea of holding out fir one of Shane's own.

Can I dab without a cap? I could see if the NV Showercap can rest on top to create a partial seal.

I expect to have the coil before a cap anyway so I guess I'll find out. Patience, patience.

Still, at least it looks like I CAN order from China again after all, WITHOUT paying objectional transfee fees on top.:)

24mm will fit a 25mm banger no problem, the thing is the banger has 25mm outside diameter, so as long as the bubble is not smaller then the INNER diameter you r good and since EVERY banger will have a thicker wall than 1mm the inner dia. of a 25mm will as good as always be <23mm :)

For example my Gavel which has 2,5mm thick walls, has 25mm OD and 20mm ID (guess its the same like Shane´s 25mm banger spec wise) :)

i have to say i like bubbles better too, here...taken from a shop u posted..u could ask for the DIA but i am pretty sure it will fit aswell

Ugh, that's a great price for a ruby insert. Definitely don't have $200 to throw down on it right now though. Maybe next 4/20!

They're saying the MSRP will be $500, but I bet it comes in lower than that. Adapt Tech sells theirs for $385 for the same size, can't see them being that much higher.

Adapt Tech's 18mm insert for 25mm bangers is 39 karats
Constant's unknown size insert (assuming 18mm) for 25mm bangers is 36 karats

So since it has been taking me longer than expected to get caps. I ordered 10 of the 24mm and 10 of the 30mm clear caps from Quartz PI. They should be live on the site by Monday and I do ship internationally =)

Pricing will be the same as his so no difference there =)

Still have a few axial coils left. Scoop them while they are around. Its going to be at least 2 weeks before I can restock since next week is a week long holiday
